Why is this app requesting so much personal information
I’m not sure if this App is selling players’ personal information. Or if they follow PII regulations but why is a soccer app, a place that people go to find games requires to have your full name and date of birth. Maybe the year of your date of birth to verify that you’re indeed 18 years old. This is very suspicious to me as a player who uses the app. They’re also requesting for players’ state ID to verify themselves. Without letting them know they should redact address, ID number and other pertinent information if the player don’t know that they should redact their PII from the ID. The app is not letting the players know that they should. The app is collecting the players data over an unencrypted email (yahoo.com) without making players aware how their data will be used and disposed. The app needs competition and a governing body that make overarching rules that keeps the players in mind. There is only one app that service only 2 soccer plexes in the Montgomery area Airpark and Rockville Soccerplex. So the rules made by the facility owners disproportionately affects the players. Many times it seems rules are being made up without the players being made aware of them. The facilities owners does not care about their customers only their profit.

Be careful booking your spot on the $6 hour pick up. The will make changes last moment to make you think your able to play with cleats and end up moving it to indoor. They will not refund you the money or give you a credit. Take your cleats and indoor shoes in case.
Kind of went downhill
Used to be one of the top players in Denver on this app but recently the locations they keep choosing for Denver are straight up terrible now hope they find some new facilities soon once that happens I’d probably switch back from good rec

Plei Review
I recently started using this app after using Goodrec for a long time. Unfortunately the experience of that other app has began to fade and they restrict you from getting credit or money back if you cancel (due to any emergency) within the 24 hour window prior to a game you had joined. Plei however, has a very fair and generous credit/refund policy in which you can receive credit 5 or 6 hours prior to a game if they can find a replacement for you. They also have a ton more facilities available to you to choose from and cheaper prices. I can say I will be using Plei a lot more now.

This app does not respect peoples time! They constantly cancel games same day and change times last minute. Its either too close to rush hour/work times or too late at night. And then its too late to find an alternative game. Uninstalling and sticking to GoodRec

Cannot sign up
I cannot get past onboarding. The input for entering your date of birth is not functioning.

This app is a scam. They change the game time after you book a specific time, and they also cancel games. I’m talking about both issues: a full game and they still do this. On top of that, they don’t have a phone number and they don’t solve the problem. I do not recommend this app for playing soccer — they are scammers.

If you are an hour past the deadline to cancel your attendance for a game do not expect a refund. This company prefers to keep $13, instead of giving it back to their regular paying customers. With the bad economy and current situation going on with the world I would expect a little o more empathy regarding refunds.

Fake Players On App
This app is really good and helpful when it comes to playing soccer. On a recent note I’ve realized they’ve started adding fake players to games to make it look more promising to other players in hopes of not joining a cancelled game. Twice I have joined a game with a plus one were they’re are only 3 spots left. After sign up only one spot should be free but once I’m confirmed magically two players leave at that exact moment and they’re still only 3 spots remaining. Kind of scummy practice and until I hear them acknowledge the fake players I won’t change my rating.

Bad format
The format of game list is so bad. Unlike other popular soccer apps showing games line by line sorted by time, this app shows every single game with almost a full screen, sorted by location, which makes it way too complicated to find the right game. You have to scroll down the screen one by one to check every single game. Waste of time

Lugar porque ustedes no le pagan a la persona organizadora ni al dueño de las canchas, entonces me hicieron perder el viaje y la vez pasada que fui a jugar fútbol, también me estafaron ya que uno puede hacerse su partido gratis porque es una cancha pública, quieren estafar a la gente o qué, ya son dos cosas que me están haciendo las últimas dos veces que he ocupado su servicio, si no me dan soluciones, voy a calificar horrible esta aplicación que he tenido una pésima experiencia con ustedes, además de ser un Servicio carísimo, y lo peor de todo, es que me estafaron con el dinero, dos veces y no me lo devuelven

The app was working perfectly fine but now everytime I try to open it, it says that I don’t have the latest update although I do, I tried deleting the app twice and reinstalling it but still doesn’t work
The app does not work
I tried it before and it gave me problems to join saying that my account was restricted. After more than a year I decided to download it again today and it tells me that I have to update the app due to some updates but there is no option to update it so I’m left again without being able to use it. So annoying.
