Qui développe ces apps?
Probablement l’une des apps les plus nulles. Multiples re-authenfication à faire. Des informations superflues mélangées à des informations obligatoires. Un affichage carte non nécessaire à proximité et imprécis.
Et… bien entendu une recharge qui n’a jamais fonctionné.
Par dessus tout - va t’on devoir installer autant d’apps qu’il y a de fournisseurs? Partager autant de données personnelles que de fournisseurs?
Je ne parle même pas du branding vert pour dissimuler eni - quel intérêt? Toucher des subventions de l’UE pour faire un service médiocre?

Serious you need to fire your entire app team. Worst onboarding absolutely worst app
Zuverlässigkeit der App und des Bezahlsystems muss deutlich besser werden.
Die App wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielversprechend, in der Praxis hatte ich jedoch regelmäßig Probleme mit der Zahlungsautorisierung. Trotz verschiedener hinterlegter Zahlungsmittel kam es immer wieder zu Autorisierungsfehlern, sodass ich den Support kontaktieren musste, um Ladevorgänge freizuschalten. Gerade im Urlaub ist das äußerst ärgerlich. Schade, denn das Ladenetz ist in Italien eigentlich gut ausgebaut. Auch andere Nutzer berichten von ähnlichen Problemen mit Zahlungen und der App-Stabilität.
Fazit: Gute Idee, aber die Zuverlässigkeit der App und des Bezahlsystems muss deutlich besser werden.

Not a Pleasure
Pretty buggy. Currently unable to even use it due to an updated privacy policy popup that throws an error, blocking the app from use. Fortunately you can get by with the card alone.

2 téléphones français en Italie, rien ne marche !! Pas de sms, pas de confirmation, le paiement ne passe pas, que ce soit en mode « de passage » ou en créant un compte.
C’est tout, sauf de la plénitude sur la route… une vraie catastrophe, que ce soit à Lucca ou à la Spezia. Si j’avais pu, j’aurais mis zéro étoile !!

A complicated mess that doesn’t work
181 mb download (MANDATORY) and then unable to send verification text message to start charging (ALSO MANDATORY). This app represents everything wrong with EVs.

The single worst app I have ever used. Glitchy, non sensical error messages and non responsive. Soul destroyingly frustrating. How it ever got released into production is staggering

When other charges around have 150kw for 0.49€ you’re asking for 0.55€ and pre authorization of 60€ for 22kw and even without cable😅
Extrêmement compliquée et inopérante
Appli complètement démente, très compliquée (au moins 10 minutes pour remplir toutes les données) et à 2 doigts de nous demander un passeport génétique pour pouvoir utiliser une borne de recharge (qui ne fonctionne pas qui plus est).
Quand on pense qu il faut 20 secondes pour décrocher une pompe à essence et payer on comprend la réticence de la plupart des gens à sauter le pas…

Awful. So terrible and ridiculous
Why do you. We’d my birthday for me to charge? Why do I need to have your buggy and terrible app? Why can’t I just swipe a credit card like at a gas station.
This app and the entire charging infrastructure in Italy is such a joke. The worst system with the most problems any where in Europe. I drive my Tesla all over the EU. Italy and national infrastructure like this app and associated chargers are just an embarrassment.

Umständliche Registrierung
Ladesäule angefahren. App runter laden und nun Registrieren. Jetzt fängt die Datenkrake an. Ohne SteuerId als Privatperson nicht möglich.

Wie kann man eine App so schlecht schreiben das sie ständig ungültig wird und man ein Update braucht? Ich glaube ihr habt den schlechtesten Entwickler der Welt.
Applicazione bloccata
Esperienza orribile. Le prime 4 volte che ho provato a inserire i dati della carta per poter iniziare una ricarica venivo rimandato alla schermata “ops si è verificato un problema”. La quarta volta, magicamente, ha funzionato. In più se ci sono più colonnine vicino è difficile capire a quale ti stai attaccando. Inizio la ricarica, sulla colonnina e sulla macchina risulta in carica ma dall’ applicazione, per tutto il tempo, mostra solo la schermata di attivazione della ricarica. Impossibile fermare la ricarica prima del 100%. Ho provato ad aggiornare la schermata, chiudere e riaprire l’ applicazione ma non è servito a nulla. Alla fine ho dovuto chiamare l’ assistenza alle 2 di notte e una ragazza molto gentile mi ha disattivato la ricarica da remoto.

Login con Facebook non va più da un mese
In più ogni quasi volta che mi serve e la apro mi richiede di rileggermi, è uno stress, ho altre app che semplicemente vanno, anzi, alcuni mi avvisano che devo aggiornare ma se ho fretta si lasciano usare e le aggiorni dopo. Inoltre da un po’ di tempo c’è un problema con le posizioni delle colonnine, a volte sono mostrate nella posizione sbagliata, a volte sono mostrate giuste in questa app o su Mappe Tomtom/Apple/Google ma in altre app di di ricarica o navigazione sono mostrate lontane da dove sono realmente, e sicuramente i dati che prendono sono trasmessi dall’operatore. È frustrante che anche le nuove installazioni continuano ad essere fatte in modo da avere questo problema..
