Continuing the 1 star rating because in 2 or 3 years the sign in issue still isn’t fixed, otherwise the app and product is completely fine.

Log in pin is not working
This app has many bugs, the PIN is not working, no biometric log in, on iphone half the data never shows up, this is unworthy of an otherwise good company.
Loan details gone
I can not find my loan details in the app anymore. It must of had an update and now these details are not available and I need to log into Plenti on the desktop to get my loan details. Very disappointing
Terribly built mobile apps
The platform is great, but the phone apps are a hunk of junk, consistently have issues logging in and every time I successfully login it asks me to set a quick access pin. Every time I close the app, this resets. So much for quick access, it takes me longer to login by having to skip the pin setup every time I login.

This app doesn’t work at all, I just get loading errors on every page of the app.

Desperately needs bug fixes
This app feels like it’s been abandoned. No Face ID, constantly getting shunted to a mobile web view and having to log in again, or the app losing its mind and needing to be force-quit to see data. Not good enough.
Simply doesn’t work
Nothing on any of the app screens will load. It just says no Internet connection. I’m on 5 GHz Wi-Fi with a fibre to the premises 1000 Mb connection.
Fix the app!!!
Guys, it’s been months now where the app is not properly functional. It’s now gotten worse and I can’t log in at all let alone have my PIN number remembered. As a long time investor this makes me want to pull all my money out because if you can’t afford or won’t prioritise fixing your app, I have grave concerns for the status and priorities of the company.

Logging in error
The app is usually quite user friendly however with the most recently update (4mths now) there is still a bug where it won’t save your credentials and you need to enter this manually each time. The bug needs repair and app needs to utilise biometrics for logging in also.

app sends user into login loop full login to pin login and repeat endelessly pin is never kept for use and reverts to full login after pin and so on its impossible to ever just login and use the app without it wantin more of same logins and on and on is it doing the same with any deposits? going into a loop of taking money from our bank accounts? if they are screwing things up to badly with login

App does not remember login details
A few weeks ago, the app asked me to login using my credentials instead of the PIN I’d previously set up. Now it’s asking for it every single time I login. Even if I log out and log straight back in. Very annoying and makes me worried about whether the platform is actually secure. Get. It. Fixed!
Login bug
The login experience has bugs where the app doesn’t save your login credentials for pin entry. It’s literally asking for manual login every time I open the app now and it’s extremely annoying. Plenti is a great service, but the login experience is really a problem and I’ve stopped investing because this oversight and worsening bug has me worried about the viability of service long term.

Terrible app experience
Over the last few months I have been redirected to the website login. Very frustrating when you are offered a PIN to enter the app. Now I can’t even get part the landing page. Fix this app or remove it.
No longer very good
For the past couple of months I need to log in with my email and password rather than my pin, which then needs to be reset EVERY time!
This is extremely annoying. Please fix this as this demotivates me greatly from investing with this platform.

Doesn’t log in
With the current update the app won’t stay logged in - every time I have to go to the website and re enter my log in details. There is no point having an app if it makes logging in harder and slower! Please sort out
Broken - Doesn't login
When I open the app, without touching anything it goes to a grey transparent background with a loading dot after 2 seconds and a box down the bottom says email and password incorrect. Cannot do anything and removing and reinstalling the app didn't fix it.
Won't Stay Logged In
Had the app for a long time with no issues. The last update made me log in again, and reset pin. Now I have to go through that rigmarole every time I want to use the app.
