No support for failure
Instarem works fine until it doesn’t. When a transfer gets delayed or held, there are no proactive updates and support just sends the same generic message over and over. You end up chasing your own money with no clear timeline or owner. Very poor execution when things go wrong.
Bad app for money transfer
Don't use this app for instant transfer, it might take many hours to days, dissatisfied with this app

Sign up went ok then put a nominal sum as test thru ok, but when I put £200 through it took 3 days . It took 10 hours to ask for my bank statement and annother day to telephone me , I was climbing up the walls by the time I got my money, and the telephone calls were expensive as I was abroad. I can understand why someone has commented “scammers or timewasters “.

WORST MONEY TRANSFER SPEED
UNRELIABLE. I don't recommend this service to anyone. They don't meet promised deadlines, customer service doesn't solve anything, they try to stall you with nonsense, they lie to you trying to buy time, and in the end they do nothing to help you. I've already been financially harmed multiple times by their lack of responsibility and delays in money transfer; I've waited up to 4 days for a transition to be completed. Anyways, if you don't want to be scammed, experience high stress, frustration, disappointment, and financial loss, DO NOT USE INSTAREM. This is the worst remittance service in the universe.

Won’t refund your money even when they fail to transfer your money to the recipient essentially taking all your money.
