WORST MONEY TRANSFER SPEED
UNRELIABLE. I don't recommend this service to anyone. They don't meet promised deadlines, customer service doesn't solve anything, they try to stall you with nonsense, they lie to you trying to buy time, and in the end they do nothing to help you. I've already been financially harmed multiple times by their lack of responsibility and delays in money transfer; I've waited up to 4 days for a transition to be completed. Anyways, if you don't want to be scammed, experience high stress, frustration, disappointment, and financial loss, DO NOT USE INSTAREM. This is the worst remittance service in the universe.

Won’t refund your money even when they fail to transfer your money to the recipient essentially taking all your money.
Unnecessary demands
After all the details provided to the app at the end they required my previous employment and my Linkdhin id. I don’t understand for the verification if all the necessary documents are provided why would you required these unnecessary things. I have a bad experience and i will never recommend this app.

Ich überweise regelmäßig Geld nach Südamerika. Über ein Vergleichsportal bin ich auf Instarem gestoßen. Abgesehen von „Neukundenangeboten“, die andere bieten, ist Instarem meist der günstigste Anbieter. Die Transfers funktionieren seit mehreren Monaten sehr gut. Ich zahle allerdings immer manuell vom Bankkonto für jede Zahlung manuell ein. Abbuchung oder Zahlung per Kreditkarte hat bei mir nicht geklappt. Allerdings bei den Konkurrierenden Transferdienstleistern auch nicht. Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es letztendlich weil der Name des Kontoinhabers bei der Überweisung an Instarem nicht richtig erkannt wird. Das irritiert ein wenig.

Instant transfer make it super convenient
I’ve been using this app since sometime now to send money and off late I see that the money appears in my destination within a minute of me making the transaction. That is super efficient and helpful since I no more have to wait for it to happen.
One feature that I would love is to somehow retain the source bank choice I do, since every time it makes me choose the bank which is the same for me, so would be great to have it saved somehow so that I am not needed to type out the bank name every time I make a transfer.

Very easy app to use. Registration was simple and quick. I transferred money from JPY to INR without any problems, and it was fast. The fees and rates are clear before sending. Good app for international transfers.

Awesome Overseas Transfer
Used a local top banking in singapore but overseas payment got rejected + deducted transfer fee. Delayed for about 5-6 days then money was returned to me. Decided to try out Instarem. I was surprised because the transfer was almost instant! I will definitely be using them again!

Great app and rates, terrible support and account handling
The app experience and exchange rate are genuinely great, which makes this even more frustrating. The operations/customer service side is shockingly poor.
1. They “accidentally” closed my account while I still had an active transfer in progress. That’s not a small mistake for a remit service.
2. They promoted a special discount rate for transfers over AUD 30,000 without any exclusions, but when I contacted support to confirm the details, nobody could give a definitive answer.
Support is extremely slow, and every time I follow up I have to repeat the same context like they don’t read previous messages. Good product, but the people behind it make it unreliable. I can’t recommend it until they fix their processes.
