Not Income Based! This App Can Help Everyone!
Love, Love, Love this app and its entire concept. Feeding familes and saving food! Its easy to navigate: simple to register, find locations, look up dates for every location and making reservations. I know theres a misconstrued idea you have to be lowincome to participate, but to register its not income based!
I recommend for any family struggling or NOT to come through and save some food from the landfill!

I’m just trying to go by with food and Plentiful helps me a great deal when it comes with pantries close by. I am thankful for this App.

So far so good. My 1sr visit was to the National Council of Jewish Women located on W. 72nd St. Made an appt & I was in & out with good necessary items.

Made the appointment for today at 11:10 AM and when I get here to Saint Edwards pantry, they tell me that they're not doing it now because they can't do it. So the whole point of me, making an appointment to come down here was all done for no good reason just a waste of my time everyone on this line doesn't speak English. I'm the only one that speaks English and followed the directions and now I have to wait. On the end of the line so this is a complete joke.

The times and details needs to be updated on the app. For the pantries. Some of the locations are filled with drunks and seedy people.

Never works correctly
There’s always an issue. Says there are reservations but there are none available. Can’t open it at times. Today got a virus warning. It’s a mess. Haven’t been able to reserve at my usual pantry in several months.

Requesting map filer
At the moment, the app shows pantries all over the five borough but there’s no distinction of pantries who offer actual reservations vs pantries who only allows waiting on line. Maybe adding a color scheme for users to tell the difference. Hope this can be implemented in the future.

Extremely Helpful
I’m so glad I downloaded this app. It was seamlessly & effortlessly to do. I made myself an appointment & hooked up my account & was able to get texts for future appointments. I was also able to put my home attendant down as the person to pick up my food & she got one for herself as well. Everything was done easily as far as getting the food. Also, they were able to look me up in my account. Super happy with this app.

A blessing with a concern on privacy
This app is a blessing just because it exist. Compared to nothing but print out on paper and navpigating that is heaven and earth in comparison.
I was able to sign up, input my info and get appointments slots for my pantry.
Having an app that allow us to fill the info once is another great thing.
The info in clear and I have not have any issue trying find out if I qualify for the right pantry.
The privacy matter is the concern. In the sense for anyone who is dealing with domestic violence/abuse would be concern as to how secure and safe is their info. Otherwise, privacy is almost unrealistic, IPO.

This app is not working
I received some food several times, and then, I guess, they block me, because I can't schedule the reservation for two months. I asked my friend to check this, he finished the account registration and create the appointment. And after a week he can create appointment again, me - not.
Phone support IS NOT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, they told so. I send an email, they didn't respond for more that 1 month. I send it again - nevermind.
The service isn't properly working at all.
It's very fun, when I received some food, TV reporters comes to the pantry and they told how they help to everyone who need the help.
Btw, they don't.

Unfair target
I was block from Masbia on coney island for voicing a concern the young who is ther didn’t like when I said i was going to call and report her for poor service the attitude she got went speaking to the people i never disrespectful her in any away she her authority to block me it’s so unfair , she in control of the food she can do what she want

Thank you for your feedback. Plentiful does not operate the pantries but provides the app for them to use. If you are in NYC please report any issues with the food from pantries to 311.
