Made the jump
Made the jump to lifetime subscription before the increase and I wish I had made the jump sooner. I mainly use for Plexamp but tons of features and it just works and looks clean.
Taking control of my music again
It’s still possible to own a music collection. Enough said.

Lots of improvements needed
Almost not usable for listening to anything besides music, I would choose anything else if I could. I have an extensive library of ripped media and trying to play it is essential an exercise in futility. The other app is approaching excellent. With the price increases, maybe they can dedicate the price of one plex to getting this app functional.

You need a good connection.
Not perfect, but the best I’ve found thus far. They are about to kill the company however with mega prices hikes. Hopefully they’ll see sense and stop asking for money.

Really enjoy using this app. Allows me to customise all aspects of my library and how the visual feel of the app looks. 10/10

Library takes FOREVER to load even when player is connected with a stable/fast internet connection.
Love this app!
For once the tag line is actually true - you do fall back in love with your music using this app. The smart shuffle and DJ's are absolutely brilliant and make you feel like someone has carefully curated a playlist just for you every time you listen. It's seriously the best music app ever.
PlexAmp is awesome
I was an early Spotify user but switched to Tidal for the last few years for their lossless audio and because artists make more from them than others.
I got Plex for my film and tv collection but my family and I are addicted to this app the most after digitizing a huge collection of everyone’s CDs.
If anything I’ve spent more money on music because of this app. The ease of digitizing physical collections is addictive.
I’m paying for the bigger package and I’m shocked it has lyrics for most of my music (I’m into some pretty obscure music) without needing a man extension installed.
I am a huge fan of the entire sweet too. The photo apps have kept me from watching movies after I dumped 30 years of photos onto one drive and pointed Plex to it.
I get the Jellyfinn dans because it’s free but if you want a prime experience with your own media Jellyfinn has yet to come close (my opinion ).

Plex is very cool
I really like being able to access all my media from anywhere. It would be nice if Plex would recognize heic photo files. I listen to my music on Plexamp more than I listen to music on Spotify.

Where have you been all my life?
Hundreds of cd, too many steaming services, and enough technical knowledge to get me in trouble. Sent up plex media server with plex pass lifetime and I’m now able to stream my own music via plexamp anywhere. Saved me hundreds per year. Goodbye Spotify!
Why?
I love plex but I want my music in the same place as my movies and Tv. Especially on iPad. iPhone I kinda get it. Just keep it all in one app
