Have not been able to log in via plink for months will not work on iOS

Mobile version required

The interface is not built for mobile, hence zooming out is required in startup to re size the frame.

A mobile friendly app is defiantly required ASAP.

Needs some work

The app access is good, but the layout mimics the webpage and is not mobile formatted. Selecting menu options usually means a lot of down and side scrolling of the screen to see information and is similar to opening a non-mobile website on a phone and trying to navigate.

If the layout could be made more mobile friendly, it would be significantly easier to use, particularly for techs attempting to check client history on site, contact details or place systems on test.
