The BEST way to meet people in the city!

Fun way to go out in the city
Tried this with my roommate and we ended up at a rooftop happy hour. The vibe is way more natural than a hinge date.

Plot Twist is the BEST!!

Refreshing approach to connection
-Not a dating app. It feels like more of a social club. We had a really good night out with the guys we met and we’re meeting up with them again next week

Perfect if you hate first date pressure

If you’re the type who gets really nervous with 1-on-1 dates this app is perfect. My best friend and I joined as a team, and it’s been way more relaxed. Even if nothing romantic happens, you still meet cool people

App leads to nothing

After over a month of usage, this app has lead to no success between my friend and I, two decently good looking guys with respectable character.

In theory, this is a great idea for an app, but something with Fourplay/Plot Twist’s execution is sorely off.

I hope whatever is wrong on the back end can be rectified to we can experience the true power of a double dating app!

Most authentic app out there

This app takes dating to a whole new level! My friends and I have had so much fun meeting other couples for double dates. It feels more social and way less intimidating than traditional dating apps. Plus, it’s great for breaking the ice when you’re not sure how to fill the awkward silences. We’ve met some genuinely awesome people and had a blast exploring new spots together. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Double dates are the best dates

Been a few of these and omg, they are miles above and beyond the typical awkwardness and difficulties of that come with a single first date

Once someone is tapped no or yes the screen goes blank every single time. Needs work, cant even use the app

Fake accounts

I’ve matched with multiple teams with my friend and even now not one person we matched with said a word for over 2 weeks this app I won’t recommend

No one really uses this app

There’s no one even really on this app and the few that are are clearly bots who will either not answer you so it looks like you still have matches or just be there and not do anything at all. Don’t waste your time.

Love this app! Makes dating fun

Big fan of Fourplay and the concept in general. I think double dates are an awesome, stress free and fun way to do a first date. Excited to see this app grow. 5 stars

Suggestions!

Allow more pictures and prompts and other unique interactive bio features ! Would love it if we could get more details like Hinge. Option to see who’s “liked” you. Being able to read an individuals bio right off on the team display. Requiring a bio! Make the picture choosing less confusing: let one person pick 2 pics and let the other person pick 2 pics for the team photos. This would make everything way less confusing and glitchy. Same with the prompts. Just divide it so we don’t mess with the other persons choices. A feature that shows us who wrote the answer to the prompt.

Extremely frustrating

Would be a great idea if they could execute it properly. This app lags way too much. There should be no reason that I send a message at 10 AM and my friend is only getting a notification of it three hours later. Also, she’ll see notifications about new matches without me ever getting the notifications real time and then no matter how much I open and close the app nothing refreshes to reflect that until a day later.
