Useless if a foreigner

I rented a plug in hybrid. Tried to use the charger. Installed the app, gave my info, but it does not take credit cards from my country. You should just be able to use a credit card without the app or account just like paying for gas. Looks like I will just fill it up with gas.

Absolutely terrible

This companies charging facilities are the worst I’ve found anywhere in Europe. The chargers touch screens are terrible and chip & pin simply doesn’t function, and the app is totally unusable.
