Missing bridge closures
Very basic
Would be great to be able to see what’s located in each section or be able to click a link to see what’s in that building.
Hoping to share the app with a convention group next year.
Terrible
Best Calgary +15 App
One suggestion to make this even BETTER than the best, would be to label sections with their actual names. While the underlying map often labels some buildings that the +15 traverses through, sometimes there’s no name given at all, or it doesn’t align with the names posted in the actual +15. So for a directionally-challenged person like myself, if asked to meet in the +15 Hanover building or Telus Sky for example, I’d be lost.
Like app would love to see additions
Convenient but glitchy
Super Useful
Very practical if you live in YYC and use the +15
Still not useful
Response from developer
Thanks for your feedback! We just rewrote the app from scratch, and are releasing new updates as often as can. We feel you on the GPS issues, unfortunately the signal bounces around quite a bit downtown due to all the signal interference between buildings (and especially in the +15). It's something we're looking to improve in the future. Our next release addresses landmarks, buildings, and in some cases interesting art found in the +15 system. I'd love to get your feedback on what more you'd like to see. Feel free to email me at bryan@toyrockets.com!
Almost useful
Map can indicate your location but not provide a route.
+15 system is not open 24/7, provides no indication of access times.
Maps details based of existing database (google?), which shows business locations, not usually building names. No alignment to existing signage in +15 system which is based off building names.

Thanks for the feedback! We just rewrote the app from scratch to automatically update the map as soon as the city releases data. On the new version, we dynamically change the color of each walkway depending on if they are open or closed, it should help with a clearer understanding of the access time. If you tap on a walkway, it'll show you the exact hours of operation. Routing is a great idea, and is something we want in the app as well. Stay tuned! I'd love to hear more feedback if you'd like, feel free to email me at bryan@toyrockets.com.
Use the web
why is this even an app. The wed site is better and works. Very odd. Delete
Response from developer
You're right, the last version was pretty buggy and often the site was way more reliable. Good news — we just rewrote it from scratch and it now provides features that the site doesn't have. Want to give this version a shot and see if you like it any better? - We've color coded the walkways to show what's open and closed at a glance - Access hours are now visible when you tap on a walkway - Dark mode support - Different view modes We've got some goodies in the works too. Stay tuned, or reach out if you want to share any more feedback - bryan@toyrockets.com
Convenient but directions would be awesome
Response from developer
Hey Doris, That's our number 1 piece of feedback so far, and is something we're planning right now. We just released a new version of the app with more features, and with more reliable mapping data. Feel free to reach out if you have any additional feedback - bryan@toyrockets.com
Welcome back!
Amazing!
Great app
Downloaded and Deleted
Good idea, poor implementation
- it doesn't keep up with current status. Some +15's are out of commission when the other building has been removed and new construction is starting with a new foundation.
- no source / destination directions. Couldn't type in a destination address.
- wish: highlight points blocking mobility impaired.

I'm totally replying to your feedback from 2014, but I just wanted to let you know that a brand new version of the app was just released, and we've got more features around accessibility on the way. Routing is a complex beast, but it's something we're actively thinking through right now.
Could be great!
Good idea, poor execution
Response from developer
Unfortunately we've got no control over the GPS indicator as it's provided to the app directly from your phone. GPS signals can get quite inaccurate especially when you're between large buildings, or in some cases indoors. We just launched a new version, and are looking for ways to improve the experience, thanks for the feedback!
