Events feature not working
I cant use the Events feature in the Plus Passport. Has been few days
Lack of Instore voucher
It has been 2 months I’ve waited for at least for dunkin donut voucher to come back, but I can only see one in store voucher that is kart. And for RNR I went to the places that is available on the app, but the merchants at RNR said “we no longer accept this”. I hope PLUS to fix this, and have more instore collaborators for redemption. Poor User Interface
Used to be able to use app fine. Past few weeks onwards keep having issues tracking my order redemptions, orders still “In Progress” for almost a month, and even have issue logging in.

Unable To Create Account
In spite of several attempts over different days, I failed to create an account. There was no indication of any errors while filling out the form or after registration was supposedly completed. Each press of the account creation button yielded absolutely no response at all.
Chatbot suggested checking my email spam folder. Nothing there either... and I don't think anyone from PLUS will be responding to this. Not in this lifetime anyway.

I had try few times to sign up even try to sign up at different day, but still not manage to create an account. I really hope the developers can fix the problem 😩
