Payment issues

I’m trying to start my investment but anytime I try to deposit, they say payment error

Good App

I’m so happy to have this app one fantastic thing is that I downloaded it and after day I registered, completed my KYC and was able to make a deposit that same day. I am rating 4 stars because I’m yet to have a feel of how investment in the app goes, particularly the US stocks yet I can feel that it’s going to be great 🥳🥳✨

KYC ERRORS

I have complete the KYC results but
it keeps on saying KYC ERROR

KYC Verification Issues and OTP

Been having issues trying to get verified. Uploaded all required documents but I’m not able to save my information after uploading. I called one of the reps for assistance and still issue persist till date.
Also, when I request an OTP, never get the code either.

Way forward, the technical team needs to update the app right away to fix all these bugs which is preventing the app to perform efficiently or else you guys might lose or miss update requirements on the apple platform.

It’s quite good and easy to use until when I reset my password and I tried verifying my account, it starts shutting down

When I requested for withdrawal the app sized to work Im unable to login after I tried withdrawing my money

Not too good

I downloaded this and can only get access to only 3 products and I can’t even see the stanbic bank trust

Thank you for your patience. SIMS product was temporarily disabled while we worked on an integration with SIMS. The process is now complete, and the product is back on the app. We also currently have US stocks available for you to explore.

Password

I'm putting in a password I would but the system is not buying into it so I have to delete the app
