O código SMS demora horas a ser recebido. Ou, no meu caso, não o recebo de todo. Como é que isto é possível? Isto é muito frustrante e nada funcional.

Poorly designed app, even log in - improvement recommendations provided, hire an experienced dev
The app is designer very poorly, likely by a junior dev. The confirmation code never comes so you can’t access the app. Some immediate improvements that should be added include:
- when signing up and selecting language, switch the language to the selected language
- if a phone number is provided and it’s not a Portuguese number, send the confirmation sms
- if a Portuguese number is chosen, make the confirmation code possible to paste
- make it possible to access the app from abroad, otherwise people in need can’t schedule an urgent appointment while abroad (works with VPN but I doubt most people would obtain a VPN to get app access)
Overall, I wasn’t able to book an appointment via the app because I wasn’t able to log in. The app is not usable.
