Unnecessary app
Could just send out the yearbook as a pdf. PlusOne viewer is hard to navigate.
No way to reset password
Forgot my password, went to the forget password area, put in my user ID, and it says it’s an invalid user. I’m logged into another device, so I know it’s the right user ID.

Doesn’t work
I put in my schools information and when I click next nothing happens. Since I haven’t been able to go into school, this was my only option and I can’t even use this. I do not recommend since it never works. If you read through the reviews they are all the same, nothing works. Don’t bother trying to delete it and try again. It won’t work 🧍🏽♀️

i got this app for my digital yearbook because the hard copy of my schools year book didn’t come in yet and it won’t let me sign up even though i’m following all the steps 🙄 #plusoneisoverparty 😹

Company unavailable via phone and does not return email
After putting in my School, last name, and child’s ID (provided by the school), it loads...but nothing happens. It does not take me to the next page to complete the signup.
I still cannot view the 2020 yearbook I paid for. And the Herff Jones yearbook company has not given my child’s school a definitive answer as to when the physical yearbook will be delivered to the school for parent pickup. I hope my child’s school NEVER works with this company again!

It’s ok
The signing up part is not good. I can hardly tell who the picture is of and I can’t read the text or names. I don’t recommend it.

I just can’t
Every time I try to sign up, the app becomes very slow and unresponsive when I put in the school name. I’ve exited out of the app and tried again multiple times and the same thing happened. And the few times I did do it successfully, when I pressed next after I filled out the other information it would glitch out and become unresponsive again. Pls help.

This app doesnt work pass next so i dont know why my school said to use it. Its complete trash and is not useful whats so ever.

It works but it’s very low res. Pixelated and can’t read small font.

It never works beyond the ‘next’ button. There are different versions of my school and I’ve tried each one. Still doesn’t work.

I’ve seen some people say that one they input their information but once they click next nothing happens. Same happened to me, turns out There are multiple years for the same school and you have to put in the correct one for something to happen. ( just search up your school and it should be the last one on the list)
