PlusOne - live like a local

PlusOne 2.5 is scary fast, super efficient, and padded with a ton of both features that users have been asking for and features that we are excited to bring you. We took our time with this build -- sorry for the delay -- to iron out what we think (but we know won't be!) all of the bugs with the last version. We're excited to say that we've knocked those instability bugs out of the park! Hopefully no more crashing for anyone. From a feature perspective, we think you all are going to love the new things we've been working on. See below for a full explanation: NEW FEATURES: - Users can now create recurring events (we call them echo events because it's ~sleek~) -- set a time, date, and frequency to recur and PlusOne will take care of the rest. Next time you need that event created, PlusOne will act as your overnight personal assistant, creating the event two days prior to its happening date and it'll invite everyone that you invited before! -Users can now create open invite events. That's right! No more pestering the host to add people to your event. If you want to add someone, just go for it (only if the host has made the event open invite). This makes it remarkably easy to integrate multiple squads of people together with almost no friction whatsoever. Just launch, tap, search, and add! -Tired of getting notifications about events you can't go to? Us too! Now when you respond that you can't go, PlusOne will stop notifying you about that event. You can also choose to remove the post entirely from your feed by clicking the three grey dots on the home post if it's cluttering things up. -Memories are now capable of supporting videos. Phew. Let me tell y'all this was a toughie for us. But we got it done. You can now upload video memories, watch them, like, caption, and save them just like you would with photo memories. Forget asking everyone for videos the next day, just have them upload 'em to PlusOne. They'll be available for everyone! -Featured images for events can now be changed by the host! Yes, we were getting annoyed too when there were random stock images for our super cool events. So guess what! We gave you the throne. Change that image to whatever best suits the event! Don't worry, if you don't want to, then don't. PlusOne is about efficiency. You. Friends. Places. In Person. Quickly. No groupchats.
