everything is great besides the fact that when i try to exchange my dupes it won’t go through, its been like this for days now and ive been trying to exchange my photocards
Doesn’t load
I know the app works, i’ve used it once in a while for albums. Although, everytime i try and use it i always get stuck in the sign in screen.

works fine
the app is slow and has bugs, but my image scan worked fine for my Yena album. make sure to scan the picture side and not the instruction side of the card

Yeah I dunno if it's just the albums I bought, but I had no problems doing image scan and adding them.
Don’t buy
Can’t scan the card to get the album. Everyone says the same thing. Don’t get plve version albums unless it’s QR or NFT tag. Image scan doesn’t work.

이미지 인식 안될거 대비해서 시리얼 넘버로 바로가게 하던가 내가 등록한 시리얼 넘버 확인 기능도 없고 앱내 포카도 랜덤깡 하게 해놓고 스캔 안되서 사용도 못함. 생각은 하고 만들었나
App steals from users
This app outright steals from users. They buy a album in a store with a promise the app will allow the user to download and or stream the album online. However there is no such thing in the app. Scanning a image and then entering a code does not even exist in functionality to the point theft is obviously what they do. Reporting to the FTC / FBI for online crime.

Terrible
The album I bought is StayC’s [S] and I even followed a tutorial while doing it. When I try to scan it doesn’t scan and doesn’t give me the pop up to enter the code at all. There is no way for me to get the album. It really was a waste downloading this app and I’m so disappointed.

아이폰 초기화 하고 나서 이전에 로그인 되어있는걸 로그아웃하라는데 당연히 못하는 상황이라 새롭게 로그인하면 앞전에 로그인되어있던걸 자동로그아웃 시키면 되는거 안될까요 해결해주세요 ㅜㅜ

Sooo Slow
So I figured out how to download the album you have to scan a picture of the album cover or photo then input the key code. But the photo cards and gallery take forever to load and even when the entire gallery loads after 5 minutes if I click on any photos I have to wait again for each individual photo to load. When I click out to the gallery and click back on to the same photo I just saw downloaded it’s a black screen of waiting again. Also I can’t save any of the photos in any way. It feels so pointless that I can’t look at the photos.
