Randomly makes your screen really bright when you select ‘your card’
Blindingly bright actually and it does not seem possible to make bookings on the website - only on the app. Also the news and private policy areas on the app can’t be open - says can’t be found

The app isn’t all that great to be honest. I know a swimming only membership is available but that option doesn’t seem to be available on the app but is available on their website??? I also have access to a “casual user” membership card, I have no idea what this is for as it doesn’t explain!! It would be great if activities booked on a pay as you go basis on the app are added to the membership card so it has a use and I can just scan on entry to the life centre instead of queuing. All just seems a bit messy

Worst App ever
I very rarely write reviews, but with this app, I honestly felt it was necessary to inform the creators of this app that they had done a terrible job.
Far to complex, far to much information, and this app was clearly not made for individuals with a limited amount of tech knowledge.
This is an app, you should be able to access information or your needs within 10-15 seconds, not minutes and certainly not 10-15 minutes.
Members shouldn’t be directed to pages that advertise ‘become a member’.
Overall, a poor experience, far too much information, little clarity and time consuming.

Need to go into app to see swim timetable then takes u to new booking system and gave to enter your details!
Utterly terrible app
I have no words to describe how terrible this app is. The staff at Plymouth Life Centre must be saints to cope with it. It does not link to my login details, does not link to the life centre frequently when a class is booked and must be losing them lots of business. It puts me off and makes me think something must be very wrong with the management to tolerate such poor customer service.

Hidden gem shame about the app
So to book you have to register. OK and That worked. But you have to use search faculty in order to select Mountwise - as it isn’t listed with other pools.
Pool opens at 10am but doesn’t list for lane swimming - so we booked ‘family swim’ plus 11am ‘lane swim’ just in case we don’t get in for the 10am ‘family swim’.
it seems is a very cumbersome process and I count myself as reasonably savvy with IT. At least I used to!

Doesn’t work often!
It often doesn’t work. When I click on tabs it doesn’t work, won’t let me log in.
Dreadful
Cumbersome, counter intuitive, impossible to register as pay as you go. Impossible to switch between centres, no way to see classes online. A total waste if council money.

The staff are always friendly the changing rooms are clean and the pool is always spotless. The life guard is always alert and never not watching for anyone in trouble.

Spectacularly useless!
Unhelpful instructions, doesn’t load a sensible screen size to an Apple device, drop down menus are clunky to use, doesn’t offer up relevant text options for numeric or email address fields immediately
Oh yes and after filling in all the required fields, ticking the acceptance boxes and thinking you actually had completed the membership form, it throws you out and refers you to the administrator. So you give up!
