What’s wrong?
Keeps crashing/closing before it opens. It’s worked great for years but unreliable access via app the past month.

Outdated online banking
The app is very outdated. They make it so hard to pay a loan through their app and through their site.

You can select Transfer if you want to make a loan payment from your PNWFCU account, or you can select More > Loan Payment to make a payment from another bank or CU. Great App!
Been using this app for several years. Great to deposit checks, rather than wasting time in traffic. Great for transferring money to our college kids accts as well. Definitely worthy.
Can’t deposit check
Used to work great now you can’t deposit checks. Goes to black screen and says rotate device
Error when depositing a check

Locked out for good
Locked me out of my own account when I was trying to remember my password away from home and didn’t have it with me. Too many “attempts to login”. It wasn’t more than five tries! The only option is for it to send a code to your phone but the phone number I have associated is the home phone and does not do text. There is no other option to send it to email or anything else. That bites!

I can never plan on my mobile check deposits to work this has never been a problem until the stay at home order was issued. I need to be able to know that when I need to deposit my checks- that they’ll be able to be accepted on the mobile app. I want to see more money put into the mobile app. Especially during a pandemic. Thanks.

An issue I have
The app is pretty decent but I have an issue. My wallet was stolen so I went to the app and tried to freeze my card or account but they didn’t have that option. I then went to the website and again they didn’t have the option to freeze the account or card so I called customer service. They have an option to freeze/cancel the card but you need to have the card number and other card information to do so. How am I supposed to do that if I don’t have the card. I feel this is a big issue because their customer service isn’t available on the weekend so I need to wait until Monday to speak with someone to do so. So now my money and account is vulnerable to whoever took it. Thanks PNWFCU for the huge inconvenience.

The new auto focus that takes the picture for you doesn’t work well. It’s quicker than a drive to the cu but 3 times slower than it was before this new feature. How can I turn it off?

The app is very handy, especially the feature for depositing checks. It took a couple of tries to get a good image, but this was understandable, with a somewhat shaky operator. Balance enquiries and bill paying are as painless as on the website, and the fingerprint log-in is prompt, although it didn't always recognize my print on the first try.
