Recent update rendered app unable to connect to the server, useless
App not picking up signatures
I know I am getting signatures from clients (I am taking screenshots of every one proving I am) and sending me alerts that I’m not getting signatures for days that I don’t even work. What’s going on?
Works When It Wants!
I’m forced to use this app for one of my jobs and it’s been okay, but over all I don’t like it.
Some mornings I go to clock in and the system can’t find a connection and I have to wait 6 minutes for it to start working again. Which is weird to me.
Then other times, the entire app just force quits which makes me late for my clock in/ clock out! Very frustrating and a really big inconvenience.

Need an update
My schedule barely show up. I have to keep calling the office to fix it which is so annoying.
No way to report problems
The app always has issues. And now I lose so many hours on my check cause it doesn’t let me edit my punches anymore and the office says they can’t fix the issue. So overall I’m working for free. It barley lets me clock in or clock out. It constantly loads. My schedule barley shows up. My opinion the app needs so major work done.
