Horrible.
The app won’t even open! I can’t clock in and out unless I use the other caregivers phone!!! I can’t do anything about it!! And this is the only app my company uses!!!

App not picking up signatures
I know I am getting signatures from clients (I am taking screenshots of every one proving I am) and sending me alerts that I’m not getting signatures for days that I don’t even work. What’s going on?
Works When It Wants!
I’m forced to use this app for one of my jobs and it’s been okay, but over all I don’t like it.
Some mornings I go to clock in and the system can’t find a connection and I have to wait 6 minutes for it to start working again. Which is weird to me.
Then other times, the entire app just force quits which makes me late for my clock in/ clock out! Very frustrating and a really big inconvenience.
