Recent update rendered app unable to connect to the server, useless
App not picking up signatures
I know I am getting signatures from clients (I am taking screenshots of every one proving I am) and sending me alerts that I’m not getting signatures for days that I don’t even work. What’s going on?
Works When It Wants!
I’m forced to use this app for one of my jobs and it’s been okay, but over all I don’t like it.
Some mornings I go to clock in and the system can’t find a connection and I have to wait 6 minutes for it to start working again. Which is weird to me.
Then other times, the entire app just force quits which makes me late for my clock in/ clock out! Very frustrating and a really big inconvenience.

Need an update
My schedule barely show up. I have to keep calling the office to fix it which is so annoying.
No way to report problems
The app always has issues. And now I lose so many hours on my check cause it doesn’t let me edit my punches anymore and the office says they can’t fix the issue. So overall I’m working for free. It barley lets me clock in or clock out. It constantly loads. My schedule barley shows up. My opinion the app needs so major work done.

Client schedule
On February 5, 2024, I was not able to get service on my iPhone at my clients home! This happens quite often!
When this happens, I call in on the Telaphony System!
On this day, when the system asked for m clients service code, I entered the data that was on his task sheet, however, this data was not correct!!
When I went to class out on the POC EVV, the system showed that I had not clocked in, which I did but through the telephony dial in from my clients landline phone!
I went to edit the punches and it did not bring up his schedule! I worked that day for him from 9am till 1pm and it is still showing 0 hours for the 4 hour shift that I worked that day!
What do I need to do to correct this???

Barely usable
The app is designed to attract as many organizations in healthcare as possible. This means that the app is very generic. Many of the screens do not apply to my company’s requirements. The app is not at all user-friendly and needs a serious overhaul.
Zero Stars.
This app is garbage. They need to rebuild it from the ground up. I can see why it hasn’t been dropped for a better one. Buttons are too small and too close together. Once you hit the wrong button, there is no way to go back and fix the mistake. The app is just a joke. It will let you clock off without clocking on. If your company is thinking of getting this for your employees, move on. Your company doesn’t deserve you as an employee.

Needs a lot of work
App doesn’t let caregiver edit punches most of the time. Shows up “no data”. When clocking out the app freezes and doesn’t say if the clock out was recorded or not.
Crappy app
The App freezes and buffers and buffers for sometimes 10 mins or more! I’ve finally just had to log in on a time sheet. Plus it tracks me when I’m not using it which I find unacceptable. Why would this App need to track my location when I’m not at work? If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This is cheaply done and is very unstable it seems too me.

Bad app
The app drops complete days. No telling how many shifts I’ve worked for without pay. This app should not even be used. It’s not ready.
Reporting
This app often doesn’t connect which prevents timely log ins. It also tracks location when not being used which not only drains battery but invades privacy. Even when I reset it to ask for access, once permission is given, it continues to track after log off. My location shouldnt be tracked once Im off the clock or without my permission.

Apple Watch!!
Please please please add a Apple Watch feature the app would be so much better. The app also times out way too often. Another problem I have had is sometimes clocking in the app won’t register the clock in after clicking it. Then there is the issue of if it times out while clocking into the app you completely have to restart it.

Logs me out
The app will log me out because the internet turned on... My internet was never off. It’s incredibly frustrating. I wish I could insert a screenshot of the app doing it, because I have that.
The app doesn’t clock me in sometimes
There have been times that I’ve tried clocking in and have done all the steps to clock in and it doesn’t let me clock in like usual. And it seems to be location based issues.
No way to report bugs
Overall the app works ok I guess but I’m having a bug when I look at my schedule signatures page and choose one of my clients and as it switches from the selection screen to the display of schedules it displays a name of that I’ve never served before as it loads then switches to the correct name once it loads. There is no way for me to report this other than here. It’s pretty buggy in general though

POC
Location is wrong most of time. Will not allow you to login in some apartment building, gives label label. App gets stuck, just sits & buffers.

App not working right
I’m a caregiver and use this app to record my punch ins & outs. I need it to record accurately and effectively. I can log in and see info but when I click in or out it errors and doesn’t record the punch in or out. Please fix this ASAP!
It Works When It Wants To
Another review stated that it freezes. At first it worked fine but now with continuous use it just has the loading circle but stays on the same page. So annoying!
