Have to delete app and reload every 2 to 5 days.
App started refusing to open on iPad when iOS 13 was released. It has been almost 6 months. There have been many iOS updates since. Reported issue to support months ago, but no change yet.
Touch app icon and it goes to black screen and then back to home screen. There is no other option but to delete the app and reload and log in again.

Not as good as iPad version
When trying to put in orders between cases in bottles it crashes a lot and will not let you put the man you have to tap it multiple times
