We’re sorry the app didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to clarify a few points: Pocket Fit’s onboarding is designed to gather the information needed to generate a personalized fitness experience, and payment is only presented after that setup so users can understand what the app is tailoring for them. We also respectfully disagree with the comment that the interface was “thrown together in a day.” A lot of care has gone into making the UI clean, simple, and easy to use, though we understand that design preferences can be subjective and not every product will suit every user. As for the AI features, we’re actively improving them and we know there is always room to make them clearer and more reliable. Feedback is most helpful when it points to specific issues, flows, or features that did not work as expected, because that gives us something concrete to investigate and improve. We’re always open to constructive feedback, but comparisons that dismiss the product without detail don’t help us or other users understand the actual experience. If you’re willing to share specific problems you ran into, we’d be happy to look into them.
