Used to love this game but they (imo) ruined it with the no time traveling there’s over 40k frogs idc if it’s considered cheating how do you expect people to want to keep playing the game when you have to wait about a month to even dex a single breed let alone complete the whole froggydex im ngl I’ve lost interest after that update :/

I have been playing this game since my mom first downloaded it on her 3G iPhone! I rediscovered it a year ago and have played it every day since! I’m loving this new update where you can walk to mature your frogs!! Genius idea, keep it up<3
My dad and I
My dad and I started playing this game when I was around 8-10 y/o it seems like. I was just day dreaming and happen to think about this game and needed to look it up to see if it was still running. To my surprise it is and I can’t be more happy. This is a simple and small game that my dad and I happen to love playing together and ended up spending hours on it seemed like. Thank you for the fun and memories :)))

My Not So Guilty Pleasure
I will be 70 in a few months. I have played Pocket Frogs for 14 years. I just love it. It is the only game I haven’t deleted after a few months of playing. The premise and play are simple, but it’s still quite addictive. I appreciate that the developers often add new features and updates. I even have a Pocket Frogs coffee mug that I found online.

I had 29 tanks all full some rare frogs and when you updated you give me someone else’s tanks that was not mine and not my at level. I had a lot of my rare frogs and I can go visit my own tanks 🤬 And you still will not give it back to me. I’ve been fighting you guys for years for it. What is your problem ? Mythical frogs too iffy to get unless you pay for them
I’ve been playing this game on and off for years. I love the game. Even purchased the VIP package. I’m just not liking the Mythical frog mechanic though. I don’t like spending all my time at the pond, hoping to find one, only for the slight chance of obtaining one through the iffy breeding system. I don’t have that much patience. And why should I pay to get any of these frogs? I don’t like that either.

I remember playing this game on and off as a kid but yk since i was a kid i got bored easy now that im an adult and work full time it’s nice to not really have to think abt strategy and think 5 steps ahead it’s calming and i love the colors and how cute the frogs designs are! NO ADS makes it amazing!!! i made my boyfriend download it! he’s played it a lil bit. but overall love this game so much

Fun game but needs more habitats
I played this years ago on my iPod and suddenly remembered it and redownloaded. I love that there are no ads popping up, and that it is something you can play or forget about for a while without all your progress going away. The only thing I would really love to change is the habitats. I would like an unlimited number of habitats and to be able to buy them whenever you want, not just when you level up. I would like my habitats to look like the froggydex! Plus it is hard to complete the different sets and awards with limited space. That detail alone could make me stop playing because habitats get full and there isn’t much else you can do.

Good, but needs improvement
Overall, this game is relaxing and is a really fun collectors game, however. I feel like that adding a level 50 frog after level 40 frogs is a huge jump and such a power creep. Especially since time travel is removed and making XP quite difficult to farm and it makes it difficult to catch up

Good game. One does not have to spend money or watch ads to have fun. I’ve got 100% of the Anura frogs. And several of the other breeds.
Won’t Open
I played this game as a kid and redownloaded it for the nostalgia. When I go to open the app, it won’t load! I’ve deleted it multiple times and redownloaded it and it isn’t working. I had to get it in my iPad and it finally started working, but it won’t let me send frogs to people. How do I make it work on my phone?

Classic game, but needs new environments and limited edition frogs
Pocket frogs is very fun. But I wish there were more colors or color mixing, like how Tempero combines colors of the parent frogs into a unique color. Something like that with the species patterns would be cool too, but that seems hard to implement.
I don’t like how the racing is rigged against you. Even with a Triquetra with better stats than all other Topologia frogs, it wins inconsistently. Races are my favorite, but I wish the gameplay could be more skill based. This is a classic game, but I think only adding more scenery items and frog patterns in updates isn’t enough. Leveling up isn’t useful once you are past 50. I noticed Flagro had a 10 level gap to unlock breeding, instead of 1 level. The daisy field is a copy of the pond.
I like how scenery limits are increasing. But I hope for a scenery resize option (like 10%, 50%, 100%, etc., increase). It looks unnatural to have 5 rocks be the same size. Different ambient light options for habitats would be amazing. Moving backgrounds and items, like rippling water, sparkly frost, swaying leaves, would be cool. I think scenery item shadows also need advancement.
Dynamic lighting, backgrounds, and items would be valuable rewards.

Too grindy
I used to like this game a lot but now they added mythical frogs that are simply too hard to get and are only obtainable in one way and removed time travel.

Fun game that you can play for ages. Don’t need internet for it which is good.
Monetization is also strong - the ads are optional to watch and there’s pretty cheap in-app purchases. Many apps completely miss the ball in terms of monetization
