Hello Meta/Pocket Team,
I’m a member of the Pocket partner program, and I’m currently unable to fulfill part of my contractual posting requirements because the in-app Instagram/Facebook cross-posting feature does not work.
This is not an isolated one-time failure on my end. I have updated the Pocket app multiple times across several days and repeatedly attempted to use the cross-posting functionality. It still does not work.
Because cross-posting is a required part of my partner program deliverables, this has become more than a normal app bug. A feature provided by Pocket is directly preventing me from completing the requirements of my agreement.
At this point, unless there is an account-specific issue affecting me, I have to assume other creators may also be unable to successfully cross-post to Instagram and Facebook through the app.
I need this issue escalated and documented as soon as possible. I also need confirmation that I will not be considered noncompliant with my partner program requirements for posts that cannot be cross-posted because the required Pocket functionality is broken.
If there is an approved alternative method for satisfying the Instagram and Facebook cross-posting requirement while this feature is unavailable, please provide the exact procedure.
This needs attention from the team responsible for the partner program and the Pocket cross-posting functionality, since it directly affects contracted creator deliverables.
