Marketplace hasn’t worked right in months

Mkt place hasn’t worked in months and I get “adult type content “ daily that I don’t want. I’ve messaged Facebook dozens of times and never one care from them. Fb restricted me for celebrating over 20 sober and I used the word “coc@in” I get restricted but children and adults are bombarded by nudity, vulgarity and way worse so I report it and nothing!
