Poor quality, bug-ridden service
I was hoping to find a useful app with quality service but unfortunately Rakuten Viber is quite the opposite: low quality and bug-ridden.
Viber Out is completely unreliable when it comes to calls. If you want something that works then you need to look elsewhere as this service is a complete and unreliable mess.

Unimportant app
This app is insignificant and offers very little value, yet it acts like it’s a big deal. The app is ridiculously difficult to access, whether or not you enter the code correctly. It seems way too full of itself. The user experience is inconvenient and frustrating. Honestly, this app should be completely removed.
