Give Users Control Over Their Interface
I have used Viber for years, primarily as a messaging app, but it is becoming increasingly cluttered with features I do not want and cannot hide.
My biggest issue is the constant ChatGPT/AI integration, including Polish Message and Translate suggestions. These features may be optional to use, but they are not optional to see. Viber already allows users to hide Viber Dating from the main screen, so the same choice should exist for AI features.
Give users control over what appears in their own interface. I would be happy to change my rating if Viber adds the option to completely hide these unwanted features.

Can’t use Viber in my new IPhone
After I changed my IPhone Viber doesn’t except my number.

stop shoving ai, nobody asked for this. at least give option to complete disabling
Unreliable
It was working fine for almost a year up till a few months ago. I call Singapore weekly. A few months ago I called and the recipient hear the ring but could not hear my voice but I can hear theirs. It is super weird and the customer service said to try updating the app. Then a few ago it started working once and it’s back to the same story - app needed updating again. So I might consider getting rid of this.

Had this app for a while, and now it says “Activation failed”. Plus this app collects a lot of my private data
