Absolutely rubbish

Rakuten Viber just got worse
I’ve been using Rakuten’s Viber for a long time and so has my family.
Viber used to be a great app for messaging people, calling people and generally doing a lot of stuff.
Now Viber is no longer the same with unwanted AI Feautures.
My suggestion to Rakuten.
- Make a Setting to remove all AI feautures that works without saying ‘Something went wrong’ which it shouldn’t come up.
- Remove the tab for ChatGPT. If I wish to use AI I would install the app rather then going to viber.
- Make it so that you can go to old viber.
I personally like it before the customisation update so plesse make it so we can revert that and the AI nonsence. Thank you.

My account was mistakenly suspended, and despite sending multiple emails, I only received automated replies. No real help, no follow-up, and no solution. Very frustrating.

So sad that now half this app is just trying to force me to use an AI chat bot for no reason. I’m disappointed apps used to communicate with family that are literally in countries at war are now prioritizing AI use - as if I can’t think of how to write a text to my aunt myself? How dumb does the app think the users are? Not dumb enough to keep it on my phone! Don’t get this app if you’re not looking for a chat bot!

Why cant we remove chatgpt from the app? No one asked for this. I dont like to use AI. Im tired of having it forced on me everywhere. If i cant get it removed im switching to another messaging app, this is infuriating

The remove ChatGPT option gives an error message. I do not want AI forced on me and I should have the option to opt out.

Viber added Chatgpt into app without possibility to unlink it or remove it. Even there is an option to disconnect it, once tried it gives message “something went wrong”. So disrespecful to its users. I was using Viber for years, now thinking to deactivate it. Why bother with “encrypted” messages, when you are sharing all data to third party?!

Forcing AI on us without an opt out option
I don’t need AI to talk to friends and family. I don’t need access to ChatGPT in the app. They are trying to make us rely on it and make it something we would he conditioned to need to use. They are using our data in our private family and friend chats. I hate that it’s been forced on to us.

Viber suddenly blocked our account Einstein , MD claiming the number was formerly used by a spammer? This is inappropriate and unfair to those who have not committed any wrongdoing.
ChatGPT translation
I enjoyed using Viber to communicate across the different games with fellow players until the recent update for translation. It takes forever now to read a conversation your having in a room with 10 other people, it was much faster before.
It was bad enough that even paying you couldn’t get auto translate like in Telegram but now it’s horrible. I may see if my groups would switch to Telegram or go back to using just Discord.

Can’t login into my account
After logging out once, it won't let me log in or register again. Useless support that only sends standard messages from a bot and doesn't help at all. It's just terrible. Now I can't log in to communicate with my family.

No way to remove ChatGPT
Overall app is good. Latest update installed ChatGPT and when trying to disable/disconnect it gives the error message that something we wrong, try again later. It’s been 2 weeks and same error message.
