Après plusieurs tentatives j’ai pu connecter mon iPhone .
L’application n’est pas très pratique , il manque un tuto explicatif et les différentes possibilités d’utilisation .

Good morning, thank you for your message. Below are the steps to follow to connect the scale. Install the application. On the main screen, go to “Account” at the bottom right. Go to “Settings”. Go to “System settings”. Select the option at the top “Location permissions” and set it to “Always allow”. Connect the scale. If this does not work, please send us a screenshot of your phone's authorisation screen and a photo of the product information at the bottom of the device. You can send them to the following address: customerservice@silvergear.eu. We wish you a pleasant day.

Useful little printer

Very useful label printer. One problem I have is I can’t seem to be able to charge it. A usb c cable doesn’t seem to fit, and I can’t remember if a cable came with the device.

Edit. Problem solved. USB c cables DO fit, just needed a bit of patience. Thanks also to the developer for getting in touch about the issue.

ÇA FONCTIONNE CORRECTEMENT !

Je l’utilise sur la petite imprimante SylverCrest de chez LIDL, ça fonctionne parfaitement. Ne pas chercher à se loguer directement sur le Bluetooth, sur IPhone ou IPad, il faut aller chercher le paramètre dans Réglages/App/Pocket Printer et valider le Bluetooth.

Bonjour, C'est ennuyeux d'entendre que la connexion ne semble pas vouloir fonctionner. Pouvez-vous suivre ces étapes et donner les autorisations appropriées ? - Dans l'application Pocket Printer, allez dans Profil en bas à droite. - Ensuite, allez dans Paramètres - Allez dans Gestion des permissions - Assurez-vous que les quatre permissions sont acceptées. Établissez ensuite la connexion dans l'écran principal de l'application Pocket Printer via l'icône en haut à droite. Nous espérons avoir résolu le problème et vous souhaitons une bonne journée.

Great little free app for Lidl printer

Works brilliantly with the little Lidl thermal printer, app is simple to install and easy to use. The one thing that might confuse people is that the printer doesn’t pair with the phone via the settings, it pairs via this app (very small printer icon in top right corner). Otherwise I’d highly recommend.

Wenn es ein Update gibt 5 Sterne

Bisher waren wir super zufrieden mit der App und dem Drucker. Leider haben wir mittlerweile das Problem, dass wir nach jedem Druck die App neu starten müssen. Bitte ein Update rausbringen. Dann gibt es gerne 5 Sterne. :)

Wenn LIDL schon tausende davon kauft, sollte zumindest die App laufen. Leider passiert nach dem Klick auf Print gar nichts mehr.

This is definitely the most ergonomic app for ink les mini printer. Issue is it does not pair… despites other app works well.

Wenn’s denn klappt…

… ist es eine tolle App. Leider bricht der Druck häufig nach den ersten Zeilen ab. Das wäre auch noch kein Drama, wenn das Programm sich nicht gleich mit aufhängen würde. 😕
Dadurch gab es beim Kind schon häufiger Tränen, weil die Kunstwerke nicht ausgedruckt wurden und dann neu gemacht werden mussten.

Nach Upgrade geht Nichts mehr

Wollte eben den Pocket Printer nutzen, beim öffnen der App zeigte er ein Upgrade an welches ich durchführen musste. Gesagt getan. Seither druckt der Drucker aber nichts mehr außer einer Linie und das Papier rührt sich auch keinen Millimeter nach draußen.
