Ouch my name is Michael Quesnel, and there has been many times I’ve won a match and never gotten the reword, or done a match and not got paid as much as it was supposed to, and it’s really upsetting to me, just this past game the prize pool was $5 to place first, and it only gave me not even more then a buck, which was how much it cost to play the match

I miss the old game
I’ve been playing this since 2019-20 and it used to be a fun game. I actually used to win a lot of money with the $1000 prize pool tournaments. Now there are way too many animations and no fun tournaments. Everything seems rigged now, like there are bots.

This company is under criminal investigation and is facing a class action lawsuit for fraud. They’ve also been found liable for patent infringement because they stole trade secrets from a competitor for their own financial benefit.
You will lose money if you use this app. Their algorithm operates to ensure that if you win too much, you face better opponents and start to lose, and vice versa (but it takes more losses to be matched against worse opponents than the number of wins it takes for you to be paired against better opponents).
You need to win 60% of the PvP games to break even because the entry fee for cash games is higher than the amount you NET if you win. Your win rate will not be over 60% in the long run.
Their employees are either incompetent or blatant liars.
Also, pay attention to the reviews and you’ll notice that a significant percentage of their positive reviews are actually negative reviews. The reviewers just don’t want their review to be pushed down.

Ive had this app for about 6 years and had no problems until I wasnt able to sign in and used the support who had asked me verification questions such as how much and when was my last deposit followed by “players can also directly provide a screenshot”. Instead of sending the screenshot I sent the the information needed. Then I was requested to send a screenshot anyways after saying that I was able to, not that I had to. When I said it sounded like a scam in the chat with them they sent the automated message that they closed my “ticket” and could not assist any further. Wow, way to give yourself away.
