That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have, and you’re right to call it out. Apple’s subscription flow can sometimes be unclear, but we’re actively improving our onboarding to make the trial and billing details more explicit, so this doesn’t happen again. If you’d still like a refund, you can request it directly from Apple via the App Store’s “Report a Problem” page they handle all billing and refunds on their end. If you’re open to it, we’d genuinely love for you to give the app another try once the onboarding is clearer.
