User reviews

Owned for years

This is would be a 5 star app if it were updated to maintain compatibility with iOS.

* It doesn’t work in the background anymore.
* The microphone-based packet decoding essentially doesn’t work with any consistency.
* Can’t easily beacon; aside from adjusting the interval

This app is **so** close to excellence, but misses the mark year after year.

Fantastic

Coming from Android, this app does everything that APRSDroid did for me. I would highly recommend it! It needs to be better advertised!

Works with TH-D75

I tried this program out years ago but shifted to just using APRS.FI instead. But I recently picked up a Kenwood TH-D75 HT and BB link Bluetooth translator. Pocket Packet will communicate with KISS Bluetooth modems with the BB Link dongle just fine.

Amazing App

Brilliant app for going out portable! Keep up the good work

Mac mini M2 with B.B.Link + TH-D74 (Kiss mode)

I was able to connect my Mac mini M2 with B.B.Link + TH-D74 (Kiss mode) without any problems. I was able to send and receive messages via RF. It's great.
