Love GP and all his content, this podcast is no different, I love it.
It’s a trap!
I signed up for the free trial. Afterward, I attempted to cancel the subscription because I knew I wouldn’t use it much to justify paying for it. I have requested to cancel multiple times now, and still no response from their customer service. It’s 4 months later and they’re still charging my credit card and ignoring my cancel requests. I will have to take other actions. It sucks, because while the platform is awesome, their customer service is horrible and totally non-existent.

A couple years ago I decided I wanted to do a podcast while driving. Super safe right? Anyways Podbean has been with me every step of the way. Definitely recommend!

Broken search bar and missing downloads
Recently updated the app due to the search box not working. The search box still doesn’t work and now shows I’ve followed no longer download or the show just disappeared along with downloaded episodes.

They won’t fix my podcast after several repeated attempts at reaching out to their team for technical support. My episode isn’t playing due to a systems error on their end. With the cost per month to have this platform for my show, I expect better service. Not recommended!

I have never thought about doing a podcast, until the other day. Honestly I feel like I was led to do it even though I know nothing about it. This app has made it relatively simple. In just a couple of days I’m already on Apple and Spotify.
