New update, new review!
Ok, so the new update is kinda cool! But no new stars. Lots of new features just takes time to get used to! I would give it more stars if they would add daily transfer back to the list! They offer a dozen different transfer options but not daily anymore. I now get fraud text & calls! Alerts on mobile deposit acceptance and clearance works again!!! (I was signed up for them but never got them) We also have a business account and have gone thru all the steps to make it a “business free checking” but still charged a monthly fee. We give up at this point, we’ve done everything asked and still charged monthly. We opened our first account with PB in Aubrey in 2000, when loyalty was mutual. Now it feels very one sided.
Can you please reconsider daily transfer into savings, please?

Problems
This app is constantly having issues. Over and over again I find myself unable to log into my accounts because the app is messing up. I find this very annoying. If I’m keeping my money in your bank the least you can do is have a functioning app that allows me to log in and have access to my money

I liked the old app better, ever since the updates it takes me twice as long to log in, it doesn’t memorize my username and when I push the password stuff on my phone, it changes my username to the first letter of it, then I have to do it again just to log in.
Identifying deposits
Compared to other banking apps I have used, I would like to have credits in a different color than debits which would make them easier to identify. The minus sign is too small on a phone screen.

The Bankers and Tellers at Point Bank in Denton ALWAYS treat me like I’m their ONLY customer! They continuously go above and beyond in customer service and that is why I stay with PB! I travel a lot and I really appreciate the Zelle ability and being able to transfer funds from one bank account to my Point Bank account. Point Bank, WILL ALWAYS be our Primary Bank! Their services just get better and better!

Every update becomes less user friendly. Also, my biometric sign in flops out 3 out of 5 times.

Very simple and to the point.
For the most part
I love Point Bank, but the alerts repeating the way they do is very unsettling, and with seemingly no end in sight. I’ve reported it twice and was basically told that all the workers there have the same accounts so they already know about the problem so I don’t need to tell them about it. I just wanted to have some hope that it was being taken care of since it has been going on for many months, but that phone call left me feeling dismissed. I know you’re not all like that, that’s why I’m still with you. For the most part we are treated with respect and interest. Thank you!

Best Bank Ever
My military career had us living in many places, thus using many different banks and credit unions over the years. Point Bank is clearly the best we have ever experienced. From error free checking to safe and fair return on investment products, none have ever been close to Point Bank’s friendly and professional services. Outstanding!

Needs work
The app itself is okay. Needs work on the loan side. I wish that when you make a loan payment, it needs to automatically pre fill the due amount. I have to go back out of the field to look back to see what my amount is due and manually type the amount. I’m always worried that I am going to type the wrong amount and end up being short on my payment.
