PointeSpike

AI-powered motion analysis platform for ballet and volleyball. Records a student's movement on their phone, extracts pose keypoints with MediaPipe, grades the form against either an expert reference video or a rule-based biomechanical spec, and returns coaching feedback from OpenAI in the vocabulary of the sport. The mission: make professional-level discipline-specific coaching accessible to young athletes and dancers whose families cannot afford private instruction. The platform is designed to extend to additional sports, but goes deep on each rather than broad and shallow.
