The Update Screwed it Up
This app was quite good and worked well for us. Ever since the most recent update I get an error when I try to assign a reward. It says “unhandled error”

Suggestions - LOVE THIS APP!!!
Hello, so I have started using this app on and off to reward my small group of kids that I teach for prizes. It’s amazing because it’s free, it has some of the many functions I need, and it is not super difficult to use ; functional. Though, I would like to suggest some things that I would love for you to consider adding to this app. 1, would like that if you could make it so that students can purchase things on their own device and access their account limited LY through that. 2, I really really really would absolutely love and appreciate if this app could have printable scannable cards with the scanner built in so I could scan the card, and they could get awarded their points! This is something I have been searching AGES for (more than a year) to find some sort of digital IOS supported platform with this included in their system. And 3, I would like if I could make a family or just rewards that apply to everyone instead of specifically one person because it would add a lot of conveniency in adding this to your app! Thank you so much for reading this, and I really hope this will reach out to you, you will explain to me if you can, and if so, you can apply these changes!

Depends on Use
Contacted developer through email multiple times. No response.
Constant issues with subscription. Paid and randomly it will alter me my free trial is up and then disappear.
Ads playing even though with subscription it said ad free.
If it wasn’t comparable with both apple and android I would I have stayed with other point system app.

Good motivator
We’ve been using the app for about a week and it has helped reduce some conflict. We redeemed the first reward today. But I could not figure out a way to redeem the reward so we just subtracted the points from the total. What am I missing?

Few suggestions…
I love this app for helping myself stay productive, although it was primarily intended for my 4 year old sister.
Suggestions on my part are to let the total points only roll over each day, but the numbers on the scale reset so that each parent/child can see the daily scores, not weekly or whatever (we’ve used it for like 8 hours total, only on second morning).
Second thing…the sorting. It would be easier for both me and my mom to be able to sort the tasks through good and bad, rather than in whatever order. The alphabetical also doesn’t work FYI.
Next thing…few times yesterday after we got this set up for my sister, my mom accidentally redeemed rewards from misclicks. When a reward is clicked, it should have a confirmation “are you sure you want to redeem this?” With the total points that would remain below, so misclicks don’t result in redemptions.
These 3 suggestions would for sure make it easier on us.

Unusable
Looked good but was totally unusable. Couldn’t connect the kids profiles. Kept getting an error saying there was no internet connection (wi-fi was fine). No support available through the app.
Good but could be better
I’m really enjoying using this app for self-improvement and it’s been quite effective for me so far. That said, I think the Statistics page could be improved for better usability. Specifically:
1. It would be great to see average and total points earned daily, weekly, and monthly, not just the current total points.
2. The current point chart uses too many colors, which makes it hard to track. I’d suggest sorting tasks either by frequency or total points instead, for clearer visualization or a bar graph
3. The ultimate upgrade would be the ability to export the data to Excel for deeper analysis and personal tracking.
4. More icons
These small tweaks would make an already good app even more powerful for users focused on self-improvement.

Won’t open
I paid for the app and it worked great for a couple weeks. But now the app will not open on either my or my kids phones. (I have an iPhone and they have Androids) I would have preferred to contact the developer for assistance; However, the contact developer button takes me to an app that won’t open. Therefore, I’m leaving review.
Kids were very motivated by the app and it worked as I would hope in that they could request Points be added / taken away with my approval.

Pop Up Bug
I have been using this app for several months. Recently, after I add any points, a pop up prompting me to choose to share my data with the app or not opens. No matter what answer I give, the pop up repeatedly comes up. I have to close the app completely and go back in. If this little bug was fixed, this app would be 5/5. Other than the pop up, this app is an awesome positive reinforcement tool.

Loving this app!
I never leave reviews on apps but I had to leave one for this app because it is just what I was looking for. I was already using a rewards system for my daughter but found it hard to keep up with. This app makes it easy. It took a bit to set it up with the tasks and rewards I wanted, but the time spent was well worth it. I love that this app is so customizable and easy to use once you get used to it. I also love that you can set time limits on tasks. This is especially helpful for establishing morning and evening routines. My daughter has ADHD and autism and needs to be able to see rewards and consequences right away. She can easily keep track of how she is doing on her device and she is enjoying that feature. This is one of the most useful apps on my phone and I know it will make my job as a parent so much easier.

Best App For Kids!
I love this app and love how customizable it is! Will be a great way to mold my son that has adhd with a points and reward system. Five stars from me and can’t find anything in the app to improve on.

فكرة التطبيق جيدة لكن بعد التحديث اصبح لايعمل نهائيا رغم اننا مشتركين ودافعين حق سنة ، ونرسل ع الايميل مافيه اي تجاوب .
Visibility
My kids can’t see each others points, that would be a nice option. Also the option for my kids to give each other points or to trade points would be nice.
