You can’t do anything a normal bank can do. Even after every update it seems they are stuck in 2010 as far as banking app capabilities and the overall interface. You can only transfer money internally, so yeah if whoever you’re trying to transfer money to also happens to have an account with points west you’re good…and if not, good luck. Nothing links to your account, so if you try to use any budget apps or anything… yeah it won’t connect so 🥴. I just tried to send money with zelle and zelle tells me that you can use zelle through the points west app and won’t let me go forward on the zelle app and after looking all over the pwcb app… nothing except the INTERNAL transfer option. If you like things simple and old fashioned, great app. If you are a young adult living in the year 2022, it is absolutely useless aside from being able to check your balance.

Very Professional And Respectful Service
This bank has always been available when I needed their help with my debit card being compromised, when fraud was a problem, the bank returned my funds within the first few days. As far as I’m concerned Points West Community Bank is the Bank of banks!!

Best bank around. Personalized service the way banks used to operate. I wish there were more banks that operates this way.
Lost functionality with this merger
The previous app for Nebraska worked well. After the merger with Colorado and the app update, I no longer have FaceID or saved password (iCloud Keychain) functionality.
Terrible.
Not nearly as functional as the previous version. And the opaque color scheme looks like somebody’s bad dream. Not a well thought out app at all.
Extremely limited functionality.
I had a great deal of trouble getting the app to work at first. It kept asking me the wrong security questions. It took several phone calls and an online account reset to fix. I thought I was going to get the opportunity to do mobile deposits, but that functionality is not present. Transaction details are limited and no access to check and deposit images that I can get through the website.

Mobile banking/deposited
This app never works. I have had mobile banking before and never had this many problems. The bank is great though.
