Public’s voice

I have been points bet for years, easily spend a few hundred a week and sometimes spend a lot. In 28 hours I spent 2000.00 they would not compensate me a cent. They said our marketing team deals with that we don’t. Iv been waiting 3 months to speak with them and nothing. Does this happy to anyone else with points bet. I think it’s appropriate if we share this around I have a funny feeling it not just me.

GREED

Every other betting app, atleast all the big ones i use (BET365, DABBLE) they all void the legs if a player (AFL) gets injured. Especially before halftime. This app lets it stay and marks it as a loss regardless of if a player played under a min. PLEASE FIND OTHER BETTER APP. The ones i mentioned are great. Try them. Dont give ur money to a company who treats u like this.

Final Update.
I haven’t been using Pointsbet since my review for reasons stated but this week I received 100% bonus match upto 100$. I was like lets check it out, thought i wont bet AFL as they dont give industry wide Injury protection, so i thought i’d go for Nrl which i alr bet weekly with other Bookmakers.

Boy, am i glad i didnt deposit until i checked out the markets. There is a market “Either A or B player to score a try”. This market is offered by all bookmakers and is the exclusive market i bet on for NRL. WORST ODDS EVER.

I was shocked to see the odds started at 1.09, this was shocking for me to see before i even did a deep dive as i am used to this market. So, for that same exact leg i cross checked all platforms i use (DABBLE, BET365, SP), they all were giving 1.20~1.22 odds. I check every single match for the entire weekend which is about 10+ matches. Same thing for every match. PointsGREEDbet started every single market for (either or) odd at 1.09~1.10 where every single other Bookmaker was giving 1.2+ odds.
Needless to say, i didnt end up depositing even with 100% Bonus.

Please check other Bookmakers guys, if we are willing to bet money we should be getting industry wide odds with a bit of variation not HALVED odds.

Update: So today i got Bam from Miami for 15 points, 6 rebounds and he just got injured second quater. Which leg should i use the Pull Em for? Points or Rebounds? Which is safer to pull? Hopefully he returns from his injury to tick the second leg.
Thanks Pointsbet for the PullEm feature 🫡

Dissatisfied

I want to warn others that PointsBet doesn’t refund player bets if someone is injured early in the game like other bookmakers. This policy was one of the reasons I will not be using or recommending PointsBet again. On top of this, relying on an Ai only chat(for the main part) has significantly ruined my customer experience. Having a genuine issue and not being able to speak with real human ruined any hope that I may use PointsBet again.

Overall this experience has been more than enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Loyal users are punished

App works fine, the service is terrible. Been using them for a long time and never get promotions, deposit bonuses or any of the likes. Every other betting service does so, why dont they?

Not like it used to be

They will punish you with slow withdrawal times when you win, the app also provides no refund policy’s for players in sports which you can find on other
Bookmakers will. I wouldn’t recommend this app when there are a lot better ones on the market. The app used to be good but in the past year or two I hardly use it due to better apps you can download without the problems this one will cause you. Their admins are also generic chat GPT style response, not going to get much help there.
