they release new characters all the time but little to no new ways to get gems making it so u have to buy way too many gems (plus the gems r incredibly overpriced)

After the new update, my account data was deleted. Tried to contact support to recover my account and all I got was “ we cannot recover your data”. 6 years of playing this game since Beta..

I LOVE this game so much but there’s a problem. When I came back to the game, updated with harmony and urbain, I got it and it was glitching. AND I LITERALLY HAD THIS GAME FOR LIKE MONTHS MAYBE EVEN A YEAR AND IT NEVER DID THIS. And I sadly had to delete it and then reinstall to start fresh. It was all going smoothly until it showed to download some data if you know what I mean and can you guess how much it was? Not 20, not 50, not even 5 but 4663. LIKE IM NOT EVEN KIDDING LIKE IT SHOWED ME THAT FOR NO REASON LIKE I POPPED UP LIKE “here downland this much data, oh wait iPhones don’t have like 4,000 storage” like THEY DONT. And idk if you saw my other reviews about this game and saying I love it and you add this blah blah blah welllll PLS fix this. It’d be very nice if you do. I love your game, like SO much to not be mad at it but this is serious. Hopefully yo I fix whatever you need to fix and if it does work one day, I’ll give you an idea that I’ve been wanting to be added to the game for it to be even cooler. (I’m serious it’s a nice idea to keep in mind in maybe adding but I’ll tell you when my game finally works)

Garbage log in loading screen
I can’t even tap to enter the game because the space is empty, tells me to clear cache, which I do, and it proceeds to have me stare at that loading screen with NO SOLUTIONS, I’ve sent tickets but you guys have a LACK OF RESPONSE to this game…. Just embarrassing

I genuinely enjoy this game, but PLEASE give us more content to do. I don’t even care if the rewards are small—give me something I can spam and grind whenever I actually want to play. I understand not wanting players to blow through all the content immediately, but there’s a difference between pacing the game and making players reach a point where they literally have nothing left to do.
I want to be able to spend HOURS playing this game if I feel like it. I don’t want to open the game, finish everything available in 20–30 minutes, and then think, “Well… I guess I have to come back tomorrow when everything resets.” 😭 Developers should WANT people to stay engaged with the game, not constantly give us reasons to close it.
And the stamina system makes this even worse. You run out so quickly, and then you’re basically stuck waiting or spending resources that you could have been saving for Sync Pair pulls. Please give us more ways to play without constantly hitting a stamina wall.
The materials are another huge problem. WHY IS EVERYTHING SO RARE? 😭 I feel broke 24/7. I’m constantly running out of training materials, upgrade materials, level-up items, etc. Even the shop feels pointless because half the time everything is greyed out because I don’t have enough of whatever material it requires. I should not feel like I’m struggling to afford basic progression in a game this much.
Leveling also needs some attention. It takes forever to build up characters, and when you finally get new Sync Pairs, actually getting them caught up to the rest of your team can be such a grind. I WANT the grind, but give me a way to grind efficiently instead of making me wait for stamina or daily resets.
Also, PLEASE make the Simple button/settings permanent. Why does it keep switching back?! 😭 If I choose a battle setting, just remember it. I shouldn’t have to keep changing the same setting over and over.
I really do like Pokémon Masters. That’s why these things annoy me so much. There is so much potential here, and I WANT to play more. Give us more permanent/renewable content, better stamina options, more accessible materials, and more reasons to keep playing after we finish the daily stuff. Let me be addicted to the game instead of forcing me to log off. 😂

I like what you’re doing with the triple scouts but I’m tired of waiting like a month for a new or old master or arc suit sync pair to come. I’ve been playing since before the villain arc was completed and before b moves and I used to struggle with the game. But now it’s so OP it rocks but there should be more than one character featured at a time. By that I mean like arc suit blue. You get him and the others featured in the triple scout but once you get them all you have to wait forever!!!! Also please bring back Red and pikachu And ash and pikachu please!!!!! Other than that best game ever keep rockin yo. Oh also champion Red and Articuno !
