I just wanted to play some casual poker, but after reading their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, I discovered that this isn't a game; it's a legal scam designed to harvest players! The one-sided clauses are outrageous. Here are just a few examples for you to see:
1. Your money isn't yours, and your account isn't yours either
The agreement explicitly states in black and white: the coins and items you buy with real money belong to the company, and you only get a "license to use" them! What's even more ridiculous is that even if the company's own mistake causes you to lose your data, the maximum compensation they'll give you is "the amount you spent in the previous month"! ポーカーのゲームは初めてやりますが面白い。あとはキャラが可愛いので可愛いキャラを入り口にしてカジュアルにポーカーをするゲームにしていってはどうでしょうか？美少女の絵もいいし露出も結構あって個人的にはすごく好き。長く続いて欲しい。
要望:ランダムでもいいので最初にもう一体キャラがもらえると嬉しい。初心者あるあるかもだが、全員同じキャラだと勝った時ぱっと見で誰が勝ったかわかりづらい。最初の一回だけ課金で確定でキャラがもらえるでも自分は大丈夫です。
