Unprofessional and incomplete
App currently is not designed and programmed correctly. From ordering ahead of opening time and expecting food to be ready before opening time, as well as location can only be set for one location.
Had to manually insert your location whenever you visit a different store than your usual, and waited outside the store expecting the food to be ready then, but instead having the cashier giving me the 12 o’clock finger motion for the opening time, really drags home how customer service for the store really operates. Next time, please update the app to disallow ordering food before opening times, and also give a heads up when the store will not be opened until the opening time.

Doesn’t work
Upon opening the app, it just opens to a blank white screen and does nothing even though it’s the most up to date version… and you cannot log in on the website to use your points so…
Extremely broken
App works fine in all aspects except processing payment. If every other app can do Apple Pay except this one, then there’s something wrong with the coding here.
Logs out everytime
The apps logs me out every time. Let me order without logging in and the i lose rewards

It doesn’t contain login via Google button
A bit of absurdity. I’ve created the profile via website, I used Google authentication option for that. But now I can’t use the same account as the application doesn’t have the button to login via Google

App doesn’t work well
App often gets stuck, doesn’t work properly and I can’t seem to log in at times. Overall, really poorly designed and a lot of bugs. They really need to fix it otherwise no one will use this app!

Can’t redeem easily
I can’t sign on to see or use my points redemption balance. Lady at the store said it was because my phone is too small. I have an iPhone 12. It makes it very difficult to use my points.
Payment doesn’t work
I tried 3 times to pay for my order, but it never goes through. I waited 5 minutes once and it still didn’t go through. I ended up just ordering in person. What a waste of app space.
Don’t bother
The worst. Won’t scroll. So hard to select toppings. Just give up and line up.
Only MasterCard works...
Although it says it supports Visa, MasterCard and Amex, when I tried to use different credit cards (all three of them issued by three different major banks), only MasterCard worked. For the other two it always says “refused”. Tried multiple times. I’m sure all my cards are working and I’m using the latest iOS version on iPhone 11.
