Tracking of a complaint lodged not available ?!
This facility was available earlier as I recall - why it is not there now ?!
No response for the complaint registration
The app works properly unlike other government apps. However even after registering a complaint, nobody contacts you. Finally you need to go to a police station for follow up. So I don’t know what is the purpose of the complaint registration in this app

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your valuable feedback. Please note that the Pol-App acts only as an intermediary platform. When you register a complaint through the app, it is forwarded to the concerned police station. The officers then take action based on the nature and urgency of the complaint. In some cases, you may not receive an immediate call due to station workload or priority cases, but your complaint is properly recorded in the system. Due to lot of unwanted options, system not allowing to register a complaint.

There is no provision to paste text containing the description of the complaint. Such a thing would be great helpful

Kerala Police App is very essential now a days cause almost 95% of keralaites are using smart phone so with in minutes everybody can be raise police complaints through mobile with in a second also avoid to travel police station and time

complaint not registered
This app was very good in getting pcc. it was very easy. but few days ago, I raised a complaint and I found it disappeared and there is no answer or call.

Overall a good application
The application is user friendly with almost all details available nearest ps, emergency numbers and all. I would like to make it to your attention that for PCC certificate, it would be better if there was an option to download certificate just by providing (the application number and an otp for safety) in the app irrespctive of the online mode (akshaya centre or mobile app) by which the applicant applied for the certificate.

I complained about this issue long back and got the feedback that this issue is solved, but it is still not solved as OTP validation is failing while registering.
