Tracking of a complaint lodged not available ?!
This facility was available earlier as I recall - why it is not there now ?!
No response for the complaint registration
The app works properly unlike other government apps. However even after registering a complaint, nobody contacts you. Finally you need to go to a police station for follow up. So I don’t know what is the purpose of the complaint registration in this app

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your valuable feedback. Please note that the Pol-App acts only as an intermediary platform. When you register a complaint through the app, it is forwarded to the concerned police station. The officers then take action based on the nature and urgency of the complaint. In some cases, you may not receive an immediate call due to station workload or priority cases, but your complaint is properly recorded in the system. Iam not able to add emergency contact number. Kindly fix this problem
