Less features, less useful.
Polar has removed features from this app over the years and made it less and less usable. There needs to be a solution like this app for small businesses that isn’t $$$ / month.
Clunky App
Great if you only have one or two classes. Can only make two rosters. Can’t do a batch entry from excel or sheets. Emailing reports to coaches and participants is glitchy.

The new Verity’s are nice and compact and easy to use. Consistency in readings is still an issue but trying to work through it. Software could be more user friendly.

Terrible update
Polar, the lack of communication regarding update changes was incredibly disappointing.
Discontinued external projection is an Update?
I coach a youth hockey club and was surprised during our first session the external projection feature was no longer supported. Our club can’t afford displaying services.Players and coaching staff can’t afford the update and my training services and access to gym is already a free resource to this players. Very disappointed in squeezing those whom have purchased your equipment.

New Update is screwing me
My iPad just updated to the new version(1.3) yesterday. I have tailored cardiovascular workouts that require my athletes to see their % max heart rate but now I can’t display it on an external monitor for them to see. We don’t have a big enough budget for your bogus charge. Thank you for that....
Best feature lost
Bought a set of monitors for students to observe personal data, understand concepts, track performance, etc. The external screen mirroring has been removed, so now I have a whole class squashed around an iPad screen and an unused projector and screen in my gym. Purchase now almost pointless.
Greedy!
I have just wasted $1000+ buying 10 polar OH1 Sensors for my junior (non paying) team and then discovered that Polar had turned off screen mirroring on this App. Will never use/trust Polar again!
It used to be great but now it’s not
We used to love the app for our groups but now polar has put a prohibitive price tag on the app we are now looking for other solutions. We would pay for the app but not $1500aud. Greedy company.

Disallowing external screen sharing is a terrible decision. This is now no use in my classroom
New update problem
I workout in my garage with 3-4 other friends. We like to see our live stats on the TV, and got Polar brand specifically for this. Now, we can't air play. Very disappointing. Writing company president. Inexcusable that we have 4 Polar HRMs and they are basically worthless. I want a refund or a solution Polar. Bad business.

New update has ruined my business
I have over 70 clients who have recently purchased the h7 monitor and have been using it to project their live workouts on my TVs in my personal training center. Now I’m obliged to forcefully enroll in the your polar team pro and pay over $1000 to keep a similar system and on top of that my clients would have to purchase the new monitors and throw away their recently purchased h7...... it seems cheaper to buy iPads and install them in each station .... very disappointed seriously considering changing HRM ..

Limited data viewing capabilities
The graphical output and PDF export file may be fine for some fitness applications, but the program lacks a way to export the heart rate data files so a more detailed graph can be made.
Crashing
I can't start this app, and I'm on the latest iOS. You guys should spend spend a couple of time on this app trying to fix this problem. Otherwise could be rated as a 5 star app.
