Best HRV app

Best hrv app hands down, no bloated app trying to do too many things, clear straight forward results telling you the activity from your parasympathetic and sympathetic nerves.

Complicated

Requires a very expensive license. Should have said at the start before i did settings.

Good app, 2 potential features to make it amazing

I use the iPhone accelerometer-based readiness measurement every morning. I’d love Apple Health integration and Shortcuts/App Intents support. Ideally I could trigger a readiness measurement from a Shortcut and automatically write the resulting HRV value to Apple Health without taking screenshots. But other than it does the job well and for free

great!

please consider an option to sync with apple health

Scores are completely off

I was using this app for about two weeks with the Apple Watch paired with the H10 polar strap, and the scores were completely opposite on how I felt.

I also was also trying Elite HRV and Sleep2. They were much more in sync with my readiness after good nights and bad night of sleep and stress.
