What happened? Can barely download offline maps which makes the app virtually useless.
Update not good so far
I used to love this app and that’s why I’m giving it a 3 star rating.
Not sure what happened with the big update but I’ve used it twice since and the first ride didn’t incorporate the pictures I attached for the 3D flyover and yesterday’s ride was showing as being recorded, showed 5:58 and when I hit the stop ride button a message popped up saying ride to short to record and the ride vanished! It was an important ride, a reunion of friends and it’s gone!!!!

Bring back the old offline maps
The best part of the app, the fact that you could save large regions of offline maps, is completely unusable after the rewrite. It’s basically impossible to download even one days worth of riding, as every time you download a map, the next one you download has to be even smaller. I opened a support ticket and they just tell you to download a smaller map. After 2 I can’t download more than a couple Zaire miles.

Can’t see any vehicle info like location or fuel level or anything

App use to work till update now its junk. Two updates with bug fixes and worse now than ever. When will you learn when something working good leave it alone. Sending my ride command plus module back for a refund. Why to go Polaris
Terrible since update
Can’t even search restaurants, POIs, etc on the map as you could before, amount a ton of other bugs. HUGE step backward.
App update
Ride command + does not work anymore! Please fix this problem since that is a subscription people pay for!

Where is it? Silly not to have it.
Failure on the app update 4/26
After the update, I am always unable to keep my vehicle logged in. The where is my ride, the next service, all those little features are gone!
Lost Ride Command+
After the update my vehicles ride command+ disappeared. Adding rc+ back again doesn’t persist.
Latest update is trash
Can’t push to vehicles. App updated and now can’t turn off startup passcode and can’t adjust speed. Get this fixed now!
Speed Limit Issues
Since the new update the speed limit only works for 10 mph and higher. For our family we need it to work for 5 mph and higher like the previous version. Please fix ASAP!
Not good at all
Very clunky and since the latest update half the features do not work anymore. I can't even get into my unit and see what the stats are anymore. All of the vehicle health tracking is gone, etc.

App use to work till update now it’s all messed up. Fix it and leave it alone
Please add selection feature!
I have used Ride Command App, the onboard display, and home computer web interface for about 5 years now. Overall I have been quite happy but there is one interface deficiency that makes use very difficult. When multiple tracks overlay, there is no way to select which one I want. Super frustrating when there is more than one track or waypoint in the area I click or touch.

Constant locking up
I can’t even use the app it just locks up and can’t press anything needs a major update
Great app…On phone, bat CarPlay.
App works great on the phone, I wish Polaris would allow it to be used in CarPlay so I could put it in my screen in my side by side.
Old and slow

Bluetooth comes and goes
Bluetooth is sketchy, audio comes and goes sine the last update. What do I do?
