Love this for my printer, but hate that the stickers and frames use generative AI. It’s so obvious and not something I want in my planner! Support real artists.

It’s a damn so to print photos. Why do they need to collect any data about me at all? It’s BS (no matter what sad excuses they’ll provide).

Please allow me to queue up multiple photos for print instead of only copies of a single photo. Thx.

This printer is great and i use it for so much the only little titches i have with it are that set up was wonky and took me a little bit longer to set up and figure out how to print. Second the film is super expensive which is hard some times otherwise great product

Poorly made
Almost no user controls for handling settings or issues. Device regularly bricked by updates.
Great device
This is such a good idea to get a mother or a grandmother as a gift. It is so much fun just printing things as you need them rather than having to go somewhere and do it.

Do not recommend
Printer stopped working after only 3 photos were printed. Consistent error message that says no paper in cartridge. No way to reset or fix on either the app or the printer. Waste of money. I do not recommend.
No support
My printer got jammed and the only thing it would tell me is “remove the last print”. Well the last print is jammed and you won't tell me how to remove it without damaging my printer.
You keep telling me it works but then a second later say it's jammed so even the app doesn't know what's going on. Used the app to link to support on the site - got lost, they send you to the general support page and there's nothing on what to do if it's jammed. I purchased this out of other competitors and i regret my decision.

Terrible since app redesign
The removal of the filters is a decision I will never understand. This app used to have so many terrific filter options that brought photos to life. It enable character and charm to the prints.
Now these have been replaced with side bars, which don’t event display the values of what is being adjusted. The user experience is considerably worse, to the point where I don’t print photos anymore.
Inclusion of stickers and extra fonts is fun, but are features I won’t ever use.
The filters are what gave Polaroid its charm. I’d recommend looking at other options for instant prints until these are returned.
