An outstanding feature-rich photo editing environment.
I am not a power-user but I have found myself using many if not most of the image adjusting features of this glitch-free app. It is my go-to app for all of my photo fixes and more.
Great Product
Love the flexibility and what I can do. Takes a bit of adjustment as its not designed like an Apple app but having fun learning it.
Great so far
Haven't done too much in the app. Easy to use - very intuitive & not overwhelming. free version is great and can do pretty much what you need to do. can read RAW files which is always great.
Best Free Editing
This has the most options to use for free compared to any other editing app. It’s a very easy user interface and maintains the quality of photos after editing. This is so far my favorite photo editing app I’ve used and I’ve been a professional photographer for years.

Amazing software
It is so slaytastic I made some really good pics with it. I recomend it it makes some really diva photos. YOU SHOULD DOWNLOAD!!!!

Really easy, fast, and free. I use it to edit YouTube thumbnails, and it has been doing the trick for a couple years now.
Upgraded and now it doesn’t work
I used the older version all the time, which I loved because it did process RAW images. I finally upgraded and come to find out the program does not process RAW. And it does not work at all. It won’t save- I’ve tried on my both my computers saying that there is “no space” when there are several GBs left. Yes, I tried several ways of trouble shooting and they did not take or work. It crashes and won’t upload all the pictures I select, I have to go back and compare lists to the pictures that have loaded for editing.
To top it all off, customer service has not responded or tried to resolve the issue. Their resolution was “just use the online version” which doesn’t allow you to use any pro features even when signing in.
I’ve requested a refund since I can’t use it at all but we’ll see how that goes, most of the email responses are just “we did get your email, we will respond soon” and they don’t, even with email follow up inquiries every few weeks. They probably just stole my money and I have a useless app until March 2026. Don’t buy this program it’s very buggy and they won’t and don’t know how to fix it.
One star for the app zero stars for the customer support.

Don't mess with my EXIF!
The functions in the app are easy to use, and I can edit great photos using polarr. Probably the most user friendly photo editing software out there. However, the exif of the photos were so extensively modified that when I upload the edited photos to some photo websites, the exif info cannot be read for some cameras, and sometimes the camera model is wrong. This is unnecessary and need to be fixed.

Won’t let me sign in
I’ve paid for Polarr for years but this version doesn’t let me sign in. I sign in and it says “You now have access to all features” but when that window closes it never actually unlocks any of the pro features. I’ve tried many times and the sign in never stays

I love this app. It has AMAZING layer settings. I use it all the time on my phone. I have tried several different apps for photo editing and this has become my go to.
Can''t even save edits!
What good is the free version if you can't save the work that even that version allows you to do?
Also, there is no capability to change resolution or image size.
I would suggest to the devs that they allow full use for a few launches so a person can determine if that is useful or not. Otherwise, why would I pay to find out if it IS useful?

Non functional.
I’d give a “0” of possible. Though I’ve purchased the Pro version some times ago I’ve not used this for a while. Now going to use I find I can’t use any of the Pro features. Not able to restore purchase. I’ve reached out to Polarr more than once with no response. Not happy at all. Beware!
Very Fair
The tools you can use without paying for a subscription are very fair.
The subscription is a bit too expensive
for the functionalities i use. Pls reconsider the price point compared to other more powerful apps!
Fantastic App
I've been using this app for almost a decade now, and I've used it accross various devices, iPhone and Mac. Time and time again, it has proven to be very reliable in crafting the look I want to attach to my image. Very grateful for this app, would recommend to anyone looking to edit casually or commercially.
