Worst app I’ve ever used
This app is ridiculous with the adds. They really don’t want you using this app. Just take their hint and give up on it and find another one. Can’t believe they’re pushing so much behind a gate. Worthless garbage.
Way too much Static
Good app, there’s just so much static, that you can’t really hear most of the dispatchers, and emergency response people. No idea if it’s this bad on their end…I would certainly hope not.
Easy to Use
Good app. Ads are a bit long but don’t pop up too often. The transcript feature is pretty bad and could use improvement though.

Update: Yup, like I said before, more and PD in California are switching to encrypt radios. Most departments in San Diego have switched. At the state level, the CHP in SoCal have moved channels or are moving them soon. Many mire are switching at their next radio cycle update. I’ve been monitoring PD, FD, and Aviation frequencies since the mid 80’s. That id going away. Thanks to greedy people who want to make money through their lousy apps. But soon the very thing that attacks most people to tjis apps—listening to FD frequencies—will be no more. OLD REVIEW: too bad that apps like this one are causing police departments to move into encrypting their radio traffic. The only reason some departments haven’t yet is because of the cost of having to replace thousands of radios and system, but as radios get old and depts move into upgrading their radio system they will. Trust me they will! The only thing apps like this help is the developer’s bank account and criminals. Oh well, enjoybit while you can.

Great Coverage
are the former person in the medical field emergency medical field? It’s always good to have good communications in this app and scanner is one of the best that I found. It’s very accurate and covers a lot of bases keeps me informed of traffic hazards as well as police emergencies and medical emergencies highly recommended.
