You only get the mainstream media in this app, so what you see is all “ornage man bad Biden good” stories.
Kind of worthless if you want a well-rounded viewpoint. Not really the apps fault, but the developers could add some right leaning sites to the mix to help alleviate this problem. If they wanted to, that is.

Good start, needs more...
To escape from the Red vs. Blue Facebook phenomenon, I tried out this app to keep an eye on stories from various sides of the political spectrum. It’s helping! Unfortunately, the app doesn’t seem to allow you to add news sources and doesn’t yet link to thinks like Jacobin or some of the more progressive & socialist news outlets. I will share the heck out of this app to my fellow politicos if more progressive news sites are added in the future.

Very Left
When I saw this app I thought no way could a news source be a somewhat even mix. I downloaded it hoping I was wrong. I was not. Don’t waste your time. Reading these articles is like looking at the back side of the tower of Pisa. It’s pretty left leaning and it’s claim of neutrality is completely false.

Scam popups
Couldn't get it to work without several popups in chains. Even one saying my iPhone was full of viruses... Unbereable. Removed
Unusable Now
I've used this app for a long time and really liked it but lately it's become unusable. I paid $3.99 for no ads and as others have noted it only took ads off the main page. You would still get pop ups within articles while trying to read them. This was annoying but wasn't terrible in its frequency so I tolerated it.
But now I keep getting the same pop up over and over that looks to me like a scam to infect my tablet. It has a Google header but in poor English it declares my iPad is 28.1% infected from "four virus" and prompts to click the blue button for help. If I try to exit back to main page it doesn't let me & another pop up prompts me to go to AppStore(doesn't look legit) which I refuse to click on leaving me to exit the app entirely & start over. It keeps repeating every few minutes on multiple articles. It only occurs in this app.
I contacted politomix support with a pic but have received no response. I really don't like feeling like someone is trying to scam me into infecting my device or is phishing or whatever. Regular pop ups were bad enough but this is just too much.
A five star app reduced to one star. Fix the app and I'll change my rating. Assuming I haven't deleted it before then.

We don't have a record of your email. We do not place any pop ups or other intrusive ads into the app, only the bottom banner which is removable. The ads you're complaining about come from the websites you visit within the app web browser. Please note that we have no control over the ads on third party websites you view in the app. There are content filters and apps and tools that can reduce your exposure.
Love it!! Your Secret weapon
Perfect tool for Twitter or Facebook. Love the independent conservative news factor, filter out that nasty fake news. Customize your sources, filter what you see first, post to social media with ease. Every app has it's flaws, you will be hard pressed to find one with Politomix. If your in the social media political world this is a must have tool.
I would like to add that I would like to see the search option improved. It feels unnatural and could be way more powerful feature.

Ad Free is not actually Ad Free
Great app but I gave it one star because I paid 3.99 for the ad free version. DO NOT bother doing this because it only removes the ads on the main page, all articles you click still have ads everywhere and even pop up ads still come up sometimes when I click on an article. This is a huge rip off and intentionally deceptive.

Great content, but crashes consistently on an iPhone. Please fix.

It seems if worked like it should it would be a great app. I used it for a while and liked it. Now it will not start, I reload the app but it keeps crashing.
Great app that I can't use
This app is so useful and the website is amazing. But the app crashes so frequently whenever I try to read a story. Needs to be fixed.

Font Sizes are inaccurate
Looks like a good app, but I would like to be able to make the font size on the main page larger. There is an option for font type and size in settings, but it does not work well. The largest font size is still smaller than the iPhone default.
